We loved our stay here! Brilliant lay out with two big living spaces; central and well equipped kitchen, and a lovely leafy vista to look out to from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Nice clean and tidy house. Only fault was that leading to the the decking area could have been cleaned up a little. It was covered in leaves and same around the spa area. We had to do this ourselves to avoid taking it back into the house with us. House was fully equipped. Nice welcoming complimentary bottle of wine too. We had a great stay.

A lovely property, modern and very functional. Lots of bathrooms and well laid out. Great space for families with plenty of open space, and great for kids. Hot Tub was a great addition. Easy walking to beach. Well fenced areas for pets. Would definitely come back!

Lovely large modern house, great for extended family get-togethers. Comfy beds and lounges, 2 living areas - adults and kids loved the fussball and pool table. Short drive to beach and shops.

Great house for extended family reunion - comfortable beds and lounges, separate living areas, nice kitchen and outside dining area. Beaches and shops a short drive away. Only things missing in the house were dust pans and brooms.

Family of 4 stayed for a week with our small dog. The house was modern with 2 separate family rooms so a great space for the kids to entertain themselves. We would definitely return sometime in the future so I would be happy to recommend this property.

We stayed here with our extended family over the New-Year period 2022/2023. The house was perfect- well equipped, great location and big enough to have privacy and not feel on top of one another. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Great property and location with perfect spa

This property was lovely and the photos do not do it justice. The spa was amazing (although some of the jets were not working on one side) we spent slots of time in there. I was with friends but a couple of families could easily stay and have fun, with a pool table, trampoline and other games - as well as two living areas. Everything was clean and tidy.

Great summer location! Less than 10 min walk to the shops, beach and so much around! We loved the property and out door BBQ was perfect for big breaky Appreciated the towels and bed make up! Overall great place couldn’t recommend enough!

We loved our stay at Laguna. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and delighted to discover the property was well designed for multi zone living. Kids have their space and adults can enjoy a movie uninterrupted. The spa was excellent fun for all. The kitchen is well stocked and linens provided were great quality, plus the thoughtful addition of beach towels was great! Bathrooms plentiful and great balcony living space to enjoy the weather made our stay very enjoyable. We'll be back

This was such a fantastic house. It was the perfect setup for our two families to have a great break and lots of fun.Everything it had to offer all added up to making it the perfect escape. There was nothing we could fault in terms of amenities and extras. The location is great, with shops nearby, walking distance to the beach, super close to the hot springs and so many other activities to enjoy. Everyone loved the spa too! We are already trying to work out when we can book in again!

We were 2 families with 4 adults, 6 kids & plenty of space for everyone. Comfy beds with nice clean, fresh linen. Plenty of towels for all of us. The house was nice & warm & perfect for a Winter escape. Very well equipped too. 15-20 minute walk into the main strip.

We had a girls weekend here at this beautiful house! The spa was warm and a great way to wind down. Beds are all very comfy and the space was great to relax and catch up. Spacious and clean with everything you need.

This is a beautiful property with a warm and cosy vibe. Though we didn't have a chance to enjoy the spa with the bad weather, we loved sitting together indoors by the fire - prefect for a family weekend away! Highly recommend.

This was a great house with plenty of space for the two families staying there. Great deck, spa and open living space for entertaining with the bedrooms at the back of the house for a quiet sleep. 15 min walk or 2 min drive to the beach and shops/cafes. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Laguna for a getaway.

Place is beautiful, tasteful, very clean, good quality linen and towels, entertaining area is perfect for playing pool and having a wine. Well worth it.

Property was perfect for our weekend getaway, comfortably catering for 8 adults. The outdoor area was ideal for the summer period. The only concerns were a few dated features like the billiard table and gaming consoles. The BBQ’s drip tray was also full on arrival which meant there was some extra cleaning once we realized it was overflowing. Will book again.

We were a couple of gals that rented Laguna for a royal wedding weekend away. We had such a great stay. The pictures don't do the house justice. The hot-tub was great for relaxing, played lots of pool. Beds are super comfy. I'd recommend this house for a weekend away down the coast to anyone, close to the beach, shops and cafes. Don't look any further, this place is fantastic!!

The house was incredible, so many activities we were never bored or starved of entertainment. Beds are extremely comfortable and overall just a perfect place to bring a few friends and enjoy the weekend.

Laguna is heaven. We were a group of girls having a birthday weekend without the kids. It was ideal. Comfortable, clean, well stocked with everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Nice warm spa. I could go on but I guess you should just book in and find out for yourselves!

We had an enjoyable, albeit short stay at Laguna. The property was very well presented and would suit a larger group with young children - even two families. The spa, trampoline, pool table and arcade game provide lots of entertainment options.

Situated on a quiet street just back from the main shopping strip and beach, the house is as described very clean and plenty of space (+ very comfy pillows!). The communication was excellent and we would book again without hesitation.

The place was everything we expected and hoped for. We were 7 adults so had plenty of space utilising both living areas which would be perfect for families with children, especially with the pool table, games machine and console provided. It was also great to enjoy the hot tub outside. The beds were very comfortable and it was generally very clean throughout. We were very well located for the hot springs and Rye centre was walkable. We would definitely consider booking this property again.
