This gorgeous three floor duplex is perfect for family beach holidaying. The moment you step through the front door you will feel right at home. Kick off your shoes, relax and begin to enjoy your beach side vacation.
Spread over three roomy floors, there is plenty of space and break out areas for parents, kids, grandparents and even the family pooch! The entry/ground floor area has a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, a little rumpus room with fold out queen size sofa bed which opens onto the outdoor entertaining area. Complete with a jacuzzi/hot tub, outdoor shower, built-in BBQ with piped in gas, bench and sink and large dining table, this area is perfect for those long lazy lunches or easy laid-back dinners.
The middle floor enjoys ocean views with two separated living areas, a formal lounge/dining area with a piano and an informal dining lounge area with smart TV. There is a modern and spacious well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace.
On the third floor is the master bedroom with king size bed, walk in robe, large airy ensuite with double vanities, bathtub, shower & toilet. Also, on this floor is another 2 bedrooms, each with king single beds and built in robes along with a bathroom and separate toilet. All bedrooms have reverse cycle airconditioning and ceiling fans for year round comfort.
