The covered deck enables you to enjoy a barbie on the built in Ziegler & Brown BBQ whatever the weather and the outdoor fridge ensures your drinks are accessible while you relax.
The outdoor fire pit, complete with cushions, is perfect for the cooler nights and indoor wood burner great for the winter nights. There is plenty of wood always available.
The large fenced grassy area will provide space for your dogs and kids to run around or play games.
Dogs are allowed inside, however not on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
Wi-Fi, the large TV with a Blueray/DVD player and the bluetooth speaker will keep everyone entertained. For those that prefer more traditional entertainment a selection of board games, jigsaws and books are also available.
Linen & towels provided along with tea, coffee (filter and pod), bread, cereals and milk.
We have a pantry stocked with general essentials and a herb garden which guests are encouraged to use.
Ample off street parking available
Guests have access to every area apart from the garage.
A creek runs down the side of the property which can become fast running during our very occasional periods of heavy rain. This area is fenced off.
There is a $500 bond.
