Located in a family friendly location in the beautiful Kingscliff/Salt Village area, this bright and airy home features an open plan living and dining area and well appointed kitchen with ample cupboard space to stock your holiday treats.
The property boasts a covered alfresco dining area, allowing you to entertain your guests or watch the children play whilst relaxing by the pool. There is also a trampoline available for guests to use (at own risk) and a table tennis table located in the games room to enjoy. Pack up the family and enjoy a day at the beach which is located a short 5 minute walk from the property.
Salt Village is located within walking distance (approximately 15 minute walk). Here you will find the Salt Bar and Grill, IGA, Mahsuri Thai, Bombay Cricketers Club, French Patisserie and other dining options.
Casuarina Shopping Village is located a short drive away. Here you will find a Coles supermarket, butcher, bottle shop, sushi, pizza, beauty shop and cafe. Located across the road is "The Commons" where you will find great restaurants and cafes such as The Smoke House and Familiar Vegan Takeaway.

Unfortunately no parties or functions are permitted in the property, there are however numerous restaurants/clubs & resorts nearby. The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately a 60minute drive North with Byron Bay approximately 40 minutes South and Gold Coast Airport 20 minutes drive.

Great size! We enjoyed our stay there! The size of the house is incredible.
Lovely Holiday Home We had a lovely holiday with two other families in this large home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is large, has a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. It was in close walking distance to the beach and a short bike ride to cafes and shops. The garage isn’t available for use but there is heaps of space next to the house to store bikes, surf boards etc. The outside shower is also heated.
Perfect holiday home! Our family had the chance for a last minute getaway at this property. We had concerns on the previous reviews of the property and contacted the agency who assured us it was all fixed. The property was fantastic with everything that we needed and spacious enough for a large family with kids. It was very clean and had no issues.
Outdoor Living is Amazing! We really enjoyed this home and found it to be crisp and modern. The best feature was the outdoor lounge area opening out from the indoor area, and the beautiful swimming pool. Looking forward to our next holiday in Kingscliff!
Spacious house but.... House itself is lovely but needs a good clean and upgrade of basics such as bedding and crockery. Tvs not working. Very uncomfortable lounge. Lots of cockroaches. Linen not supplied.
Maintenance needed. Lovely house and location. Let down by lack of maintenance. For example - severe lack of hot water (mostly cold and required heating water for children's baths), cockroaches in pantry (dishwasher infested and not healthy to use), main TV faulty, cables on other TV's missing, disappointing to be told on arrival that no garage access to store our goods particularly as we paid for a six bedroom home for our large family and we didn't want to store our beach gear in the house in case of damage. Not good memories.

Thank you for your feedback Brian, it is greatly appreciated. I have addressed the maintenance issues with the owner and can confirm it has all been fixed. There is a switch in the bathroom that turns off the hot water, please ensure this is not switched off during your stay as it can affect the amount of hot water usage. I have now created a sign for the switch to notify guests. The property has received a recent pest spray. The main TV is not faulty, the issue has been that there is an Telstra TV box and Foxtel connected to the one TV, this can be confusing as the cables needed to be switched depending on what system you would like to use. To eliminate any confusion, the Telstra TV Box has been moved to the upstairs lounge room. The advertisement states clearly that the garage is not available. I am sorry to hear you were unable to have good memories at this beach house. We do hope you stay with us again and enjoy the property to its full potential. Thank you.
