Please note that heavy construction work will be occurring directly behind the unit and overlooking the courtyard from Nov 2021 to July 2024, 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 3pm Saturdays - prices have been heavily discounted for this reason

Located within a small apartment block, Husky Sands is a bright and modern two bedroom apartment. Spacious living areas and doors that open out onto a compact, fully enclosed patio with beautiful outdoor lounge allow you to relax outside and enjoy the sea breeze.

Inside the property is wonderfully equipped. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix on the big screen TV – or listen to some tunes on the bluetooth speaker. Whilst the kids play with the dog in the garden you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary wifi. Later on the chef of the family can sizzle some steaks on the BBQ on the patio as the sunset turns to the most amazing display of the milky way you've ever seen!

When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 2 bedrooms with inviting queen beds, warm showers and extra pillows and blankets if you need them. The main living room has a quality sofa bed for an extra two guests. Air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms will keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. But you’ll already know from our exclusive guidebook that there are so many things to see and do in the Jervis Bay area – from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets” that you’ll want to jump out of bed and explore.

But before you head out for the day be sure to enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast where the Barista of the family can test their Cappuccino making skills on the espresso machine. Holidays are precious and memories are forever.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The small grass area has been replaced by pebbles as it was too small an area for anyone to regularly maintain as a paid job- we are awaiting updated photos.
• A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
• We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
• Fencing: The property is fully fenced
• Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area, dining area and 1 bedroom.
• Note: there is construction happening at the property behind Husky sands. We do not have an estimated finish date yet.
• We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
• For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
• After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.
• No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

We absolutely loved our stay at Husky Sands. Everything felt new, clean, modern but with a relaxed beachy vibe. Beds were clean and comfortable. The unit was equipped with everything you could possibly need. We stayed with our 2 children and fur-baby. The location was perfect- we could walk to Main Street for dinners etc, the beach at the end of the street was fantastic! ( with off leash times for our fur-baby Coco to have a run and a swim ) The only down side was the construction

We had a great time. The property is very well equipped and maintained which shows the care and dedication of the team managing the place. Location is excellent only a few blocks away from the beach. Just great and value for money. On the cons, the construction site next door however I do understand this is out of your hands. I didn’t see a heads up in the booking.com ad so you might as well look into this, for full disclosure purposes.

We loved our apartment! So conveniently located and a real plus that we could walk everywhere…. to the beach, browsing the shops or out for dinner. Inclusions such as tissues, toiletries, laundry and kitchen incidentals were generously provided. Thank you for the warning about construction noise. It was nowhere near as noisy as we expected but so good to be aware beforehand. The apartment was very comfortable and we had a fantastic stay! Thank you!
