This spacious home is only five minutes walk to the patrolled beaches and Fingal surf club. Backing onto the national park, it offers views of beautiful Fingal Bay from the large covered deck. Ideal for one or two families, consisting of three bedrooms with 2 queen beds, tri bunk, 1 bunk bed in the rumpus room and a folding cot.
There are two living areas with two TV's, video player, DVDs and stereo. Table tennis, video tapes, DVDs and lots of good books aswell as Foxtel. The upstairs lounge room has air conditioning for your comfort.
Many inclusions such as BBQ, phone (free local calls), wireless internet, highchair, second fridge, new kitchen and internal garage.
Pets are welcome in the yard and on the front deck.
There is free WIFI supplied for you and an optus fetch TV box (your own Netflix is required) There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
