The villa is set in a very peaceful bush location opposite the beach, is only 7 Kms to Dunsborough Town and only a couple of minutes away from Wise Winery and Eagle Bay Brewery. The area is magnificent and includes attractions such as beaches, wineries, breweries, art galleries and the many other attractions Margaret River has to offer.

This unique open planned, north facing villa is a dream luxury holiday destination perfect for a romantic or family getaway. There are 2 master bedrooms with King size beds both with private ensuite bathrooms. Attached to the villa is also a seperate studio bedroom housing 2x singles and a private en-suite.

This villa is fitted with high quality furnishings, NBN Internet access, has reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling, has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and coffee machine.

Take a walk at sunrise or sunset, down the shore of Eagle Bay Beach located directly across from the villa which is also dog friendly!

A complimentary bag of firewood for the pizza oven is provided. 

The garage is not available for guest access.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
