Situated only two minutes to Simmos ice-cream, three minutes to town, and four minutes to the beach, you will spend your days relaxing and enjoying the many activities that are on offer in the region.

The house is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. There are 2 separate living areas, and a games room with foosball and arcade games to keep the children entertained. Both bathrooms are over-sized, with a giant bathtub downstairs to relax in at the end of the day. With fully ducted airconditioning to every room, you will be comfortable all year round.

The 2 smart holidaypaws.com.au TVs, free guest WiFi, large upstairs bathroom and balcony off the master bedroom upstairs ensures that all guests have room to find their own space. You can even enjoy stunning views across the lake as the sun sets behind the hill into the Indian Ocean.

Linen is optional & can be ordered when the booking is confirmed. The cost is $25 per person for a linen pack which includes the bed made with top & fitted sheets, pillows slips, bathroom towel, bath mat, hand and face towel. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. All beds will have doonas, doona covers & pillows.

This property is supplied with an initial starter pack of toilet paper (2 rolls per toilet), hand soaps, dishwasher powder (5 sachets), dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags.
