This property can accommodate up to 16 people with 5 rooms and 13 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck and the outstanding view. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!
This is a fully renovated two storey, five bedroom residence where every comfort and convenience has been provided. With glass doors opening out to the rear garden the house is filled with light and fresh breezes sweeping off the nearby ocean.
Situated in one of the most magnificent locations within Culburra Beach, is this absolute beachfront pet-friendly property with spectacular ocean and beach views. Only a one minute walk down a set of steps in the back garden and you’ll be sinking your toes into the golden sands of beautiful Warrain Beach (or if you prefer you can visit stunning Culburra Beach, a five-minute walk away).
What’s more, you are only a 10 min drive to the world famous white sands of Jervis Bay. There you can swim, surf, boogie board or just float under perfect blue skies whilst your four-legged friend runs for kilometres and the kids splash in the waves. In winter you can sip a glass of red and snuggle up around the combustion fire in the living room.
When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. With two separate TV rooms, both adults and kids will be happy. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy a DVD or Netflix on the big screen TV in the living room whilst the kids play games on the PlayStation 2 in the TV room or watch Foxtel. Or instead, head off to the huge games room where you can enjoy a game of pool or table tennis.
If some tunes outside are more your style there’s a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker that you can take anywhere in the house. Whilst the kids and the dog play you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited wifi. Outside dad can show off his culinary skills on the BBQ before the family gathers around to laugh, tell tales and enjoy a memorable feast.
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 5 bedrooms with mattresses as soft as clouds, warm showers and bath and extra pillows and blankets if you need them. Upstairs you’ll find a stunning master suite with amazing views of the ocean. You can even take a spa bath whilst taking in the ocean views! For more than 14 guests there is a double sofa bed in the TV room which can be closed off for total privacy.
Fans for summer and heaters for winter will keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. PLEASE NOTE: This is a families only property. This is not a party house. Loud noise, parties and disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. This property is in a quiet residential area with neighbours in close proximity. Sorry no groups of adults only will be accepted at all.
Please note:
Bedroom 5 is only accessible via the master bedroom suite so is ideal for a couple with two children.
The steps to access the beach are steep, young children and the elderly should be supervised. Please use at own risk.
Whilst the property is pet-friendly there is no fencing on the beach side. All other sides are fenced and there are secure courtyards for dogs at the front and side of the house.
Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at the property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items.
3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

While the view and access to the beach at this property are amazing, it's lacking in cleanliness.Used sheets and a used makeup pad in bunk room cupboard, balls and lollies under beds.The sheets did not seem fresh and one trundle was completely broken.Sand and rubbish in the fold out bed which is a bed on the floor - not a proper sofa bed - had to be vacuumed to use and had to call for linen for this bed.We were offered cleaners, but did not want to have them there during our limited family time.
Spectacular location right on the beach. Although it sleeps 16 most of the bedding is in one room so it only suited 5 couples not 8.
The house was really good especially for a multigenerational family stay. We had a problem getting in as the front screen door seems to be locked but it’s not it’s just very hard to open. Both Donna and Tori were very friendly and helpful with Tori coming over to vacuum up the dead insects on the stairwell which I found once we got in. The property is a little run down so perhaps the price is a little on the steep side.

Lovely place. Had a great time. Outstanding views! Highly recommend! Lots of wildlife , even had a local red belly black snake come out to great us on the step daily.. would be good to try and relocate him if that was possible.
We have returned to Neptunes 3 years now and have always had an amazing time. The house is spacious, has the most amazing views and we always manage to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. It’s a great family house having the games room for the kids and our fur baby enjoys the house too
Wow what a view and so much space in this house. We had a family wedding in the area, Neptune was perfect for our extended family of all ages. Whilst the weather was cooler, the games room and nearby play areas provided plenty for our families to do. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was nothing we needed as far as pantry basics and coffee from the expresso machine each morning was perfect.
A perfect location and great sized home for a large family group. Had an issue with BBQ but it was fixed within the hour so couldn't fault the service. Did feel it could be a little cleaner especially bathrooms however beds and linen were very clean.

Neptune was everything the photos promised and more for our large family getaway. With unparalleled water views and beach access, the house was well appointed with everything we required and more. The house is huge but well heated and achieving pretty good passive solar, no heating required during the day nor upstairs at night in mid winter. The fireplace was a cosy bonus. N The house was very clean and functional for a large group, including infants. Would definitely book again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Culburra and even though El Nina dampened our beach time, the view from Neptune are second to none and there were plenty of activities for all to enjoy. Thank you for sharing your property with us xx
WOW! What an amazing property. From the moment you step in you will be blown away by the view. The design of the house is made for it as they have extended the windows to the ceilings to give every inch of perfection. The houses amenities include everything you would need for your stay, and extra touches to make it one you will remember. Highlight for our group was the direct private beach access and the games room which included a pool table and table tennis table. Do not hesitate to book!’

Fabulous house for any weather and we certainly had it all, sunshine, storms and winds. We sat in the beautiful glass conservatory with 180deg views and watched it all!
