This property is location is fantastic being so close to the beach with great views of the area.
The large front deck has great ocean and hills views and has a covered roof and 4 burner BBQ and a 8 seat outdoor table for easy alfresco entertaining, there is also a new large rear deck with table and chairs etc and for entertaining on those hot summer afternoons while watching the kids and your pets having fun in thefully fencedyear yard.
For winter there is a wood fire located upstairs, for summer there are fans located in all living areas and all bedrooms and a new split system air conditioner located in the upstairs living area and of course the beautiful sea breezes that flow through the house, so when all the windows are opened up you will rarely need to use the air conditioner.
Situated at the Gold Coast Drive end of Riverview Drive the property is so close to the beach and plenty of off street parking for cars and boats etc.

For every guests peace of mind we do ask that if your pets are attending with you on your holiday that current vaccinations are provided to ensure the health of all our guests beloved animals and please clean up after your pets, we allow up to 2 well behaved dogs

Wood combustion heater upstairs must be cleaned out if used and supply your own small pieces of wood,please be mindful of smoke sensors located throughout the property.
Current Pet Vaccinations are required at booking to ensure every guests pets are adequately protected.
Minimum stay requirements are longer than 2 nights for Xmas new year, long weekends, Easter and all peak times and school holidays.
Upstairs Front deck has a maximum capacity of 8 persons.
Maximum amount of guests allowed at the property at any time must not exceed 8 and up to 2 dogs
Dogs must never be left inside the premises when leaving the property at any time.
Please clean up after your pets as additional fees are payable if you do not, external staircase to access upper and lower levels.
No WiFi at the premises as we want our guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, however there is good mobile phone coverage.
LINEN: Sheets & towels are NOT provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through the property manager after booking. (Prior ordering is essential) Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:Top & bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer & t-towel - Please contact the property manager after booking for more information.
