Over all a pleasant stay. The scenery was magnificent the beaches were beautiful and we had a great time. The thing that spoiled the whole trip was the fact that the septic tank had broken down and the smell wasn’t too pleasant. We otherwise enjoyed the home and hope one day to visit again, my overall rating for the house and facilities would be about a 3 out of 5 stars. We thank you for letting us into your home and enjoying the magnificent views.

This beach house is so fun and close to the beach! We stayed to celebrate my husbands 60th with his adult kids. The arrangement of the house is great with the beds to one end of the main house and the kitchen lounge area looking out to either bush or the ocean! The loft was stunning (also has the single bed). There were a few issues due to age of property (leaks, no air conditioners in bedrooms). Bring gas for the BBQ! Very well equipped for larger groups. Overall we would stay again!

Large beach house that gives spectacular views of the wonderful Carrackalinga beach. Warm, comfortable and a great place for groups to stay together but not feel in each others way.

Nice place! Great view and pretty close to the beach. Bedroom sizes were a bit smaller than what the pictures represent. Otherwise the place was lovely.

Such a fantastic location - it was pouring during our stay, however that didn't deter from the fun that we had. We brought our own firewood and enjoyed the fire. Great living space and good sized bedrooms. Parents retreat was also really roomy with an amazing bathroom. Downside was having the small alcove bedroom within the space. It would be good to advertise this as it definitely affects the privacy aspect of a 'parents retreat!!" BBQ needs an upgrade - not hot enough to cook.

It was an ultra-special weekend. Not only to celebrate my 70th birthday but to have all my small family of 10 in one place. With 6 adults, 2 children and 2 infants there was enough room without feeling crowded. The modern and comfy property was peaceful with stunning views. Beach walks were only a few mins. away and there was plenty of space for shared meals. The outdoor ambience while watching the world go by was unbeatable.

The ambience of this house with its trees close and sea views beyond had us in thrall, through sunny and stormy days.

Great spot for a family get away, lots of room to move, large kitchen and more than enough beds! The dogs enjoyed their stay too, spacious garden to roam around in, close to beach for walking. Yard not fully fenced though so if you have dogs that wander off, probably not a good choice. Separate parents retreat with full size spa bath was pretty cool.

There's mouse dropping in cupboard, cupboard is dirty, no hot water from 6pm, mold in shower, stinks of mouse dropping in bed, dirty laundry, dirty pans, no heated blanket,no linen provided.

Excellent ambience. Wonderful decks, lounge, dining and kitchen areas and things worked well. Comfortable bedrooms although second double very small, and the house internally was noisy with its thin uninsulated walls. Requests: bedrooms and bathrooms need some hooks to hang clothes and towels, outside sensor light for upstairs room is broken, creating a hazard; supplied linen needs to fit beds, as outsize sheets caused two falls while making up. Inflexible and impersonal booking process.

Had the most amazing stay at the property. Has everything you could need, super close to the beach and views that can't be beaten. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at this holiday home, only minutes from the beach, nice and spacious. Great for entertaining, lovely deck with a beautiful view.

We could not have asked for more. Our favorite spot was the balcony with the stunning ocean views. The beautiful gardens surrounding the holidays house gave us full privacy. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Our 2nd time staying at Coorumbene with the adult family and we will be back again in the near future.

We stayed at Coorumbene for a family getaway with two couples and two kids, an 8 and 2 year old. The house was well appointed and all was comfortable and clean. The kids loved playing on the deck and garden and the fireplace kept the adults cosy at night. An easy walk to the beach made it a perfect beach stay.

We stayed 4 nights at Coorumbene with some other families. The house is fantastic - well kept with almost everything you need. Even with 11 people in there, it never felt cramped. Watching the sunset from the balcony was terrific, and it was a short stroll to the beach.

The home is lovely and has plenty of sleeping options. The garden is beautiful, and the home is furnished with comfy and stylish furniture. The view is sublime, and we sat on the deck to enjoy dinner watching the sunset over the sea. Linen was $150 additional cost for five people, be prepared to make up beds when you arrive. This didn't include fresh doona covers.

This well appointed home has everything that you need to cater for a large family. Fantastic location, walking distance to the ocean.

Great location and property. However, spa did not work, which was very disappointing. Property manager (Ray White) said sorry. Ray White also failed to return an answer to a question I texted them.

The house has wonderful sea views, and is close to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, the living space comfortable, and the deck is spacious and a great place to watch the sunset. Our group of 6 had a lovely weekend. My partner and I stayed in the 'boat house', and it needs some attention. The windows are locked and can't be opened with the keys provided, the large western-facing blind is broken, the floor was dirty, and the sizeable bedroom has not as much as a single chair provided.

Fabulous location, walking distance to beach. Kitchen excellent and generally well equipped. Found the bathrooms in the centre of the house a little odd and lacking privacy when staying with a large group; however this was a minor issue given the rest of the house worked really well for our large group of 10. A few pedestal fans wouldn't go a miss in the bedrooms, they were extremely hot during our stay. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

The house is generally lovely with a gorgeous outlook and great location to the beach; however, there's a few things that make staying at the property with a group a little less than great. > The double bed room is extremely small - it just fits a double and that's about it > All 3 bedrooms in the main house are in extremely close proximity - you can hear everything from every room > The doors to the sleeping area, bedrooms and bathrooms in the sleeping area click really loudly when you open and close them > There are no fans in the bathrooms... not great when you're sharing with a group of people, it makes bathroom time awkward > The light in the main bathroom flickers on and off terribly (I'm sure this can be fixed easily with a new globe) > No air conditioning or ceiling fans in the main house bedrooms ... they did have some portable ones, but if you stay over summer, be ready to be hot at night > The outdoor umbrella is a monstrosity, it cannot handle wind - one of our group nearly got taken over the balcony with it whilst trying to put it down. While it provides good shade, it's awkward and cumbersome to use - a retractable shade cloth would do the area much better > BYO kitchen spray, toilet paper, paper towel and laundry detergent - There is not enough for your stay for your group number > Bin collection runs on the council cycle which is fair enough, but if you have a group stay that fills the bins before you and the bins aren't collected, there won't be room for your stuff which is frustrating I would be a little hesitant about staying here again, I'd look for something else first.

This house was set in a nice spot and have some lovely sea views. We enjoyed our time here.

This house is close to the beach and allowed us to bring our dog along. It doesn't have any fences however we were allowed to have the dog inside.

Girls weekend away, absolutely perfect! Great location and deck area was well used... kitchen and open plan living area well appointed, and bedrooms were fantastic. We WILL be back
