2 for the price of 1! Completely renovated in 2020 with this property you get two houses for the price of one. The original renovated 3 bedroom log cabin has been expanded in include a luxurious guest house with additional spacious bedroom, bathroom and large games room.
Ideally located in the South Bay of Carrickalinga only a short stroll to the beach, this holiday home is ideally suited to large families or two family groups.

This house is an entertainer. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen including quality cookware, dishwasher and induction cooktop or cook for your crowd at the outdoor plumbed bbq on the deck. Enjoy your time together on the expansive undercover deck overlooking Carrickalingas best backyard and the rolling hills behind, filled with fruit trees and shade and plenty of room to kick the ball. Or take your wine to the front deck with views everywhere you look – nature reserve to the front, rolling hills to one side and the spectacular view of the of the sea and the entire Fleurieu Peninsula.

The laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer also has a second full sized fridge just off the deck to keep your drinks cold on a hot day.

With a combustion fire (wood provided) and reverse cycle air con to snuggle to in winter and ducted evaporate air conditioning, ceiling fans and refrigerated wall air conditioners to cool off in a heat-wave, you will always be comfortable.

The house affords plenty of entertainment for when you arent enjoying Lonely Planets best beach with free unlimited wifi and streaming services connected to the televisions in both lounges, trampoline, swing and an abundance of outdoor and indoor games.
Your four-legged family member is welcome to join you on holidays at Silvers Anchor with a fully fenced backyard.

Top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats face washers and T-towels.

We had a wonderful time, lovely house that catered for all ages and great for the dogs. Could have done with a bigger lounge though for the large amount of people we had and the step from kitchen to laundry going out to backyard was a bit tricky, had a couple of accidents, otherwise well worth staying at. Silvers Anchor is a rare gem. There is nothing you need to do but turn up and sink into the bliss of having everything you need at your fingertips. The owners have thought of everything and more! They have left nothing out to make sure your stay is one to remember. We stayed 4 nights and had to drag ourselves away with intentions of returning as soon as we can. Beautiful comfy beds, great kitchen, soft lounges, peaceful gardens and a beach at the end of the street. Highly recommended for R&R.

Silvers anchor had everything you could need in a holiday home. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor areas were set up with areas for relaxing or playing. We particularly enjoyed used the wood oven.

Silvers Anchor is an amazing house for large groups and in particular family’s or large friend groups. With the granny flat also being in the booking it provides an escape for a seperate group when necessary. The backyard has ample space and the common area layout is 10 out of 10. I would recommend silvers anchor to any large group wanting to stay in the fleurieu!
