Wonderful 4-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Burrum Heads QLD. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or have a splash in the pool. This property can accommodate up to 8 people with 4 rooms and 5 beds at your disposal. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!
This beautiful home is situated on the lake at Burrum Heads and is a short walk to beach.
Three bedrooms, main with water views and en-suite.
Sleeps 8 (2Q, 2S, 1 Divan).
Large open plan kitchen with loads of living area, lovely kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, with access to large undercover entertainment area with gas BBQ and in-ground swimming pool.
The property has all the features including ducted air-conditioning throughout ( available at extra cost), DVD player, ceiling fans, fully screened, wrap around veranda, upstairs loft with views to the Burrum River, washer and dryer and fully fenced.
Outside Pet Friendly on Request. (Maximum 2 dogs as per council regulations)
Sheets and towels are NOT supplied with the property.
Hire linen available at extra cost.

Love Burrum , Adobe needs some finer attention We have been coming to Burrum Heads for over 10 years, this was our first stay at Adobe. Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. The house is lovely and really appreciate the good quality cookware but we spent the first 3 days waiting around to get things fixed. The oven didnt work, the fridge was not working at correct temp and so all our food ($200 plus) went off, and the aircon was set to 23 degrees and only cooled certain areas. Very disappointing when you are paying over $1500 for the week. Not to mention the gas bottle empty and multiple lights not working throughout the home and fans run on one speed, very low. We arrived Saturday and Monday the oven was fixed and 4pm an old fridge brought in to replace the other one, which we were told the compression had gone. These things need to be checked prior to people arriving. Hence 3 days of anxiety and waiting around for things to be fixed. That being said the house is lovely, the pool was amazing and you cant bet burrum heads, such a tranquil place. We will of course come back and support the local community as we love the place and if things were fixed and air con could be run to the customers preference, we would stay here again.

Dear Rachel The aircon is set to 23C as this is the optimum operating temperature for the ducted system . I am very sorry about the fridge and oven but we can not preemt appliances breaking down it just happens . The guests checking out before you in the morning never said anything about problems at the home and the first thing we were told was Monday morning and we had our contractor there in 2 hours. We do give you an after hours number when you check in to call if there are problems at the home so if you do come again please use it and let us know immediatly when something is not working to avoid the waiting time . Abode On Sunrise is a lovely modern home and all problems are now fixed so we hope to see you again . Regards Ildiko
