Your retreat for rest and relaxation, 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Blairgowrie VIC. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. This property can accommodate up to 7 people with 3 rooms and 5 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

Bookings are open to all families and groups over 27yrs old.

This has to be one of the most private and cutest holiday houses in Blairgowrie - great value too! This is a fabulous place to retreat and relax anytime - and bring your pet along! Ideally located between the back and front beach and just a short walk to Blairgowrie Village shops, cafes, and restaurants.

It is perfectly appointed and would suit a family or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break!

Living & Dining

The combined Kitchen/Dining/Living room is open plan and what you would expect when you are away having a break from the everyday routine.

The kitchen has a lovely modern design, including Bosch appliances.

The Dining and Living area is a wonderful space with lovely furniture and a beautiful Coonara for those colder nights.

Plus it has the latest entertainment gear, including TV/DVD and sound system, to make your stay a home away from home and a memorable one.

It truly is a wonderful space.

Then you step outside and you are treated to the alfresco entertaining area, which overlooks the beautiful garden and private backyard.

Complimented with an outdoor setting for 8 guests and a gas BBQ.

A great haven for entertaining or relaxing after a great day at the beach or playing with your pet!

Bed and Bath

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.

The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a lovely modern ensuite.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 x Single beds, also a Trundle to accommodate 7 guests if required.

All rooms are tastefully decorated, with garden views and ceiling fans.

A central bathroom including a bath compliments the remaining bedrooms.
 

This is a terrific beach house, in a fantastic location offering privacy and tranquility! Other features include central heating, laundry with washing machine, split system air-conditioning, and an outdoor shower! Plus fully fenced backyard and front yard, make this property ideal for kids and pets.

All linen and bath towels are provided.

We had a wonderful stay with the family at this lovely home. We loved the garden in particular, it was so spacious with lots of different areas to enjoy. Stunning flowers and well kept lawns. The house itself was really well equipped and comfortable and we loved eating out in the garden and unwinding in the hammock. It’s in a good spot too, close to Blairgowrie shops and the beach. Our little dog Jimi absolutely loved exploring the garden which was very secure. (We just had to put something across the bottom of the gate as he’s a little escape artist. Ha) Thanks also to the managing/ concierge company who got back really quickly when we needed a few things fixed. The woman on the phone was so friendly.

My youngest daughter, myself and our 2 furbabies stayed for 4 nights, unfortunately the weather changed and was quite miserable, thankfully the house is so cosy and has everything you need including enough firewood to keep the house warm. We had a relaxing time. The only issue with the house in our opinion is the front gate isn't high enough for dogs and there's a gap at the bottom of the gate which we put a piece of timber there to stop our dogs from getting out under the gate. It would have been nice to have had a few extras as in some condiments and a larger bottle of milk upon arrival for tea and coffee. Overall a fantastic place to stay, very peaceful and cosy and the gardens amazing 😊

The home came with everything we could hope for over a week's stay at Easter. The family loved the place. The house was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The yard was fully secured and well-manicured. We spent lots of time enjoying ourselves in the outdoor area. This is a great place for everyone. Pets too!!! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

This is a fabulous holiday rental situated between the front and back beaches of Blairgowrie/Rye. Although on a busy road, you hear nothing other than the birds chirping due to the property being located back of the main road behind bush scrubland. There is ample parking for 2-3 cars. The yard is secure making it perfect for families with small children and pets! We took our dog and she had the best time having use of the yard with all it's interesting areas. The yard has a couple of distinct areas with seating from which you can enjoy eating breakfast or having an afternoon drink. The house itself is fantastic. There are three bedrooms - a master with ensuite (shower), another queen room, and a room with two single beds. There is also a central main bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath. The kitchen is superbly appointed with all the mod cons of home including dishwasher, coffee machine, and full-size fridge. The kitchen, dining (seating 8), and comfy lounge are open plan with smart tv and aircon. There is a full-sized gas bbq on the deck with an outdoor setting for at least 8. Oh and don't forget the outdoor shower which is exhilarating after a sandy swim in the bay! All in all our stay was fantastic and we'll definitely be back!!

I stayed here with my daughter and cat. I was impressed. It had all the conveniences you wish for. I loved the ducted heating and wood fire. The kitchen was modern with a big island bench - perfect for kids to eat at. The garden is lovely. The perfect place to sit with family and pets and enjoy the serenity. Would definitely recommend if seeking family and pet friendly accommodation.

A solid rental with good amenities. Misrepresented as a "pet friendly" property with the owners issuing additional undeclared T&C's after booking and payments had been made. These T&C's required that pets remained outdoors at all times except in bad weather then allowed for pets to stay in the laundry only. This is not pet friendly accommodation by any measure. This misrepresentation only further compounded by the fact that the fence surrounding the property has a hole that allows the neighbors cat to live under the house. The neighbors, who were nice, needed this hole to remain open until their cat returned home. Neighbors on the opposite side when retrieving lost balls didn't close front gate because the latch is difficult to operate. So in summary a property that demands pets stay in the yard only but the yard is not secure. All of this created a significant amount of stress for us so we left early and came home. Mostly disappointed at what appears to be willful misrepresentation of being pet friendly knowing that issuing T&C's after the booking was made left us with little chance of finding truly pet friendly.
