Not bad for the price range. Fantastic wood floors, plenty of open plan space, comfy beds in a fantastic quiet location only a few mins walk to the dog friendly end of the beach. All in all great value for money. Only down sides are there is not a single fan in the house and the yard is quite small with only a single shady area and no yard access to the carport in the event of a storm or to provide a cool place for your dog to retire to. The two AC are at the opposite extremes of the house, one being in the front main bedroom and the other in the living area. Tonnes of window space helps, but when it is hot and there is no breeze, there is no way to get the air circulating in two of the bedrooms. That being said, location and value for money mean I would happily stay again should I be traveling with my dog.

A short 2 minute drive or leisurely stroll back into Agnes Water township, and 3minutes drive to the peaceful historical sea side township of 1770 with its beautiful safe secluded calm beaches, boat ramp & marina or take a short stroll onto Agnes Water beach.
Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping up to 9. Parent area - main bedroom with Queen bed & ensuite plus TV seperate dayroom with air-conditioning & bar fridge, daybed plus trundle bed.
2nd bedroom has double bed & 3rd bedroom has a set of bunks plus another single.
Main living area is open plan with large lounge, TV, dinning plus fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer & air-conditioning. Living area then flows out to a very spacious outdoor entertaining deck with setting & BBQ.
Full laundry facilities, double garage provided that includes an extra chest freezer to store your catch plus the convenience of an outdoor undercover fish cleaning table with lighting. The back yard is fully fenced so you can even bring the family pet.

Location! Location! Location! We have stayed at "Ocean Breeze" now on 5 separate occasions and we have booked again for 2020. If that doesn't speak volumes, nothing does. It is absolutely ideal for the type of holiday home we need and would thoroughly recommend it, as it is close to everything - Agnes Water, 1770 and the beach. What more could you want!
