SLEEPING 4 you choose 2 king beds or 1 king bed & 2 king singles. (Please advise) All linen supplied for your comfort. The main bedroom is up stairs & the 2nd bedroom downstairs with a central living area. Living area is air-conditioned & filters through to main bedroom plus ceiling fans. Downstairs provides fans.
A Modern newly appointed two bedroom cottage designed tastefully and supplying everything to ensure your delightful & comfortable stay including a welcome gift for arrival.
The cottage offers 2 bedrooms & one bathroom providing privacy, light and space
The Air-conditioned fully self-contained spacious open plan kitchen including dishwasher, microwave & full size fridge/freezer provides all utensils to cook up a storm & the comfortable lounge area provides lounges, TV with DVD player in one & dining area. This delightful room then flows out to the spacious entertaining deck ready for a romantic dinner or BBQ amongst the stars.
This property provides a fenced yard for the family dog to enjoy a holiday too. Permission can be granted for small/medium behaved pets to reside in some areas inside with supervision (strict regulations apply so please ask & obtain a pet permission form) - Strictly 1dog allowed

Location, Location, Location Location, location, location. What a fantastic property. We firstly needed a property to be able to cater for our dog being on holidays with us for a week. How great it was that we could keep him inside with us. Love the tropical feel of this home. So relaxing and unbelievably quiet, spent a few sunsets on the deck that looks out to the creek and beyond. Great appliances, fully self-contained, everything you need. Lovely surprise of a bottle of wine and some start up condiments, tea and coffee, etc. Restaurant nearby if it is Hubbys turn to cook. We wanted a place close to the creek to go fishing and the marina is less than a minute away to launch the boat. This property ticks all the boxes. We enjoyed ourselves here, we will be back. Thank you.

Paradise in 1770 Located on the hill with views to die for. Amazing Tropical gardens. Spacious home with all the necessary bits and pieces to be self sufficient. Location is perfect (close to pub, resteraunt, marina and kayaks) Value for money. We will be back to rent this lovely home. 6 stars and nothing less :)

We loved the fact that the property was dog friendly (Thank you!). Overall the property was clean, only a bit dusty here and there however I reckon it was from not having been used recently (we went in winter). Very comfy bed and modern features. We will be back.

1770 Horizon is a lovely, compact house which is truly dog friendly in that your 'baby' is allowed inside the house as well. Built on a hillside, like so many houses in the area, it has a very steep driveway and the steps from the carport to house steps are flagstones and a bit of challenge for older people. There is no air con in the bedroom on the lowest level (three level house) which would be difficult to bear in very hot weather. The house is well furnished but really more suited to a couple than four adults. One of the gates to the secure back yard did not bolt securely and our dog 'escaped' before I had walked back to the carport to help with the unloading. More worryingly, the only time we left him alone for two hours he managed to squeeze between the end of the fence picket and the ground and jump over a metre to escape. Fortunately he visited a dog friendly house and the visitors there kept him til we returned. Just a little more attention to detail and it would be a great five star house!

Great place to relax Beautiful unit with large deck overlooking tropical plants/water view. It has been set up with really lovely attention to detail eg kitchen has basic cooking items for you to use (cooking oil, salt + pepper, glad wrap etc), there was a bottle of wine on the bench for us when we arrived and cold water in the fridge on a hot day.

Horizons 1770 offers an excellent accommodation for four people. The modern, very well equipped house offers incredible views from the bedroom and the front verandah. Tropical garden surrounds the house. There are few shortcomings though. No hair dryer and no fly screen in the bathroom so as the ventilator was out of order bathroom easily accumulated dampness. Easy to fix. And yes, reversing from a steep and narrow driveway is a challenge!
