One of the best holidays we have had. The house it's very nice and cosy, perfect location. Our little staffy loved every bit of it :-) Normanville Is just the perfect place to relax, long walks on the beach and amazing sunsets. Can't wait to get back next year!

You'll find this 3 bedroom home on the corner of Jetty Road and Heathcote Street. This is a prime Fleurieu location for the perfect beach holiday for families, a couples retreat, a great spot to write your novel or just get away from the world.
Explore everything that Normanville has to offer by foot (great all day breakfast and an iconic pub) or jump in the car and head to one of the many local attractions. Enjoy spectacular rocky beaches, Willunga Farmers Market, local craft breweries, or the famous wine region of McLaren Vale.

Comprised of 3 generous sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 8 people, an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room, with a smaller 2nd kids lounge/hangout all under the main roof.
The house was built with entertaining in mind, as youll find to the rear of the property is a large undercover outdoor living area with a built in BBQ and Pizza oven. The rear yard is also fully enclosed – ideal for small children and small pets.
Sleeps 8 (3 bed / 1 bath) 2 queens, 2 bunks.
Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave. Laundry with front loader washing machine.

Fantastic outdoor undercover entertaining area with built in BBQ and pizza oven, (wood can be sourced from service station or hardware stores). 300 metres from the beach.
Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, will be incorporated into rental fee
All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
Sheets and towels are NOT provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through the property manager after booking. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer and T-towel

We had a great visit and found the location amazing. The place has a great enclosed backyard which is good for kids and pets.
This house has a great feel about it. Nice outdoor sitting area. Could bring our dogs which was a plus. Best of all great location,walking distance to the beautiful beach and walking distance to shops and pubs my family loved it
Location excellent, secure house for kids & pets and kids loved the DVD room.
What a beautiful home with all the imentities you could possibly need. Fantastic location, close to the beach, the Main Street and all surrounding beaches! Our children felt at home as did we. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!
