About The Home
This is a delightful, single-story pet friendly home in Smith’s Beach, only a few minutes’ drive from the beach itself.
Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
The home features a beautifully appointed open plan kitchen / dining / living area (with TV, DVD player and Chromecast) leading to a further dining room, perfectly situated for those who like a ‘kid’s table’ and ‘adult’s table’ when dining on holidays! The living room also opens onto the deck.
The main bedroom (with TV) has access to both the deck and rear yard; the second bedroom is close by, as is a bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet.
There is a third bedroom, plus a gorgeous main bathroom (with large freestanding bath, shower, and toilet), and a laundry.
Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a shady deck opening off the living room.
This delightful space is equipped with a gas BBQ and a quality outdoor setting and leads to the rear yard.
There is even an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) to wash off the sand! Parking is well catered for too, with a double carport and a long driveway with parking for two extra vehicles.
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, an Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, 900mm gas oven with cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.
The home is equipped with reverse-cycle split system units in every bedroom plus the living area.
Also featured is a relaxing wood fire, complete with fireguard (wood supplied).
The home is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 10:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One tri-bunk and one King Single bed
Bedroom 3: One tri-bunk and one King Single bed Linen
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.
Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.
The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.
Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).
Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.
The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
