Two storey 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.
1 x Queen bed in main room with box air con (cool only) and views.
1x Tri-bunk bed, 1 x Single bed in second room both upstairs.
Shower and separate toilet in upstairs bathroom.
Reverse cycle air con in lounge (upstairs) and 1 x Queen size bedroom (downstairs).
Extra pedestal fans available.
Large Kitchen with Dining area includes microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates and oven in downstairs kitchen.
Separate Laundry with washing machine, iron/ironing board and second toilet.
Main Bathroom down stairs .
Extra kitchenette upstairs with fridge, to serve the afternoon sunset snacks.

Outdoor dining setting and outdoor lounge on fantastic large deck with views of the river and ocean, and those sunsets "WOW".
Staircase outside at the back of the property and spiral staircase inside.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $50.00 DOG FEE, this does not allow pets to be inside, a extra cleaning fee will occur if you have had your pet inside including laundering of all linen, carpets etc. BYO DOG BED.
Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.
Pet Friendly, but STRICTLY no pets inside. $50 fee applies. (Max 1dog) Any excess cleaning due to a pet inside will be charged to you.

Great property This accommodation has everything required. Close to supermarket and the river foreshore. A 5 minute walk to the golf course and a 10 minute walk to the pub. Clean, neat and tidy.
Loved the deck Great holiday home - loved the deck and view to the ocean
Just unpack and settle in. Plenty of space and plenty of stuff. Well equipped and comfortable home over 2 levels with wide upstairs balcony to enjoy the warm arvo sunsets. Also great for us and the kids to be able to have the family dog with us. The only thing missing was WIFI connectivity - even if we had to pay for it... otherwise a great base for 4 or more.

Home away from home Aquarius proved to be an excellent location for our visit to Kalbarri. My elderly parents enjoyed the outside verandah area to just chillout and watch the sunsets. Short stroll to the local store and beach and not much further to the towns assorted pubs and cafes. Well stocked house and plenty of places for family to spread out and get some quiet time if needed.
Private location with a view Fantastic upstairs deck for relaxing or eating outdoors. Upstairs kitchenette with drinks fridge. Handy short walk to IGA and the river, dog beach close by. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a quick cheap meal for a family (thanks for the rice cooker!). Loved the place.

Great Location Perfect place to holiday with the family. This house had all facilities and amenities and all in a perfect location. Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again. Clean and comfortable.
Relaxing location Aquarius is a perfect home to relax in. The house has a large verandah with a comfy outdoor setting perfect for chilling out or watching the beautiful sunsets. It has a big backyard that the dog loved & is only a short walk the the dog friendly beach. Very clean and tidy with plenty of room for our family.
Home from Home ! We had a wonderful stay at Aquarius, Vince and Fiona have equipped their beautiful holiday home with everything you need for a great stay with family or friends. It was beautifully clean, with good showers, and lovely comfy beds. The kitchen was the best equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. The real added bonus was the extra kitchenette upstairs for preparing drinks and nibbles for the sunset viewing on the huge veranda, with ocean glimpses. Great location just a short walk to supermarket, beach/river, shops and cafes. We would highly recommend Aquarius to anyone wishing to stay in Kalbarri.
Sensational Holiday Home away from Home Fantastic home in great location a couple minutes walk from the river and close to town. Large and spacious home with sensational upstairs deck to take in beautiful sunsets over happy hour. Excellent yard and security for our dog who loved the space. Very good amenities in the kitchen a real plus. BBQ plate brilliant! Upstairs/downstairs with bedrooms/bathrooms both levels and a mini kitchen upstairs, meant personal space for us being 2 couples. Just loved this holiday home and have booked another week for next year. Highly recommend.
Awesome place to stay Had an absolute ball in Kalbarri and we could even take our dog!! This house was nice and big for all of us to stay, with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets with stunning decking overlooking the ocean and BBQ at the back. Great location with just a short walk to the beach but still nice and quiet at night. As we came in July was a bit chilly at night but the house has heating upstairs and in bedroom donwstairs so was no issue. Massive backyard which our border collie loved. Will definately be back! Thankyou for having us Shaan & co.
Great Holiday home for the family Aquarius was a great home base for our last holiday in Kalbarri. comfy beds, modern kitchen and bathrooms (2) with ample space alongside the house for the boat and a big upstairs entertaining area. My family loved it.
