Great place for the family and the dog. Very close to the dog friendly beach. So easy to go back and forth.
Great place on the beach for a stay with your fur babies - enclosed space for the dogs to stay while you’re away & thoughtful touches like dogs toys, beds & bowls provided. Dog beach for some time of day a 2 minute walk away & all day dog beach & great dog park a 5 minute drive away. Very clean & tidy place.
We were after a do nothing weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The house is perfectly located to the beach (where we spent the majority of our days), the guest experience was easy, timely & professional from check in to check out, house was more than big enough, very clean and had great amenities! Will be back in the future.
Our group of 3 adults, 2 teenagers and dog had a very comfortable stay at Chill out Beach House. The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. It was clean and welcoming and the communication with the host was quick and informative. Our dog enjoyed the freedom of the off leash beach and we enjoyed the screened in back veranda for afternoon drinks and breakfast in the morning. Overall a great experience.
Gorgeous property and the host was lovely and really responsive. The neighbours were kind. We had a great time!! Thinking about coming back !!
We had a lovely week at Chill-Out beach house with family our furry ones included. The house was comfortable and clean and the yard safe for our dogs. We loved the beach being so close and our dogs had a ball socialising with all the other dogs on the beach every day.
This property was more than we expected the photos showed an older and small looking place but in reality this place was huge and has so much chill out in it. The check in and keyless entry is great so you can go to the beach and not worry about losing the key. You can entertain there, relax watch tv. send the kids out to the hut with a tv in it. BBQ and swim at the beach. One Mile Beach was too rough for the kids so each day we would check it out and end up at the ocean pool at Forster Beach. we loved this place and would return.
Great location, comfy beds, plenty of space, great enclosed deck, all mod cons. We will be back.

A great place, 1 minute from 1 Mile Beach. Had everything we needed and more. Great entertaining deck that is enclosed and mosquito proof. Super clean BBQ. Dog friendly, enclosed yard. ++++
Fantastic!! Everything you could ever need in this beautiful ‘Beach House’. Charm and character, close to all amenities and short stroll to beach. And so many little extras. Lovely outdoor area and plenty of room to roam for the Furbabies. Annmaree is a wonderful host, whole process from booking to check in is a breeze. Our 3rd time staying at this awesome property, one of our favourites!! And won’t be our last! Do yourself a favour and ‘Chill Out’ in Forster... love love ❤️❤️
