About The Home

This home is comfortably furnished with cosy beds, all kitchen and laundry appliances and products, wall heating in all bedrooms, pedestal fans, a stereo system, three TV's, DVD players, a huge rumpus room and much, much more.

Ideally set up for large family groups, the home is designed to provide you with an unforgettable holiday experience, with it vast rumpus room containing a pool table, a table-tennis table, a flat screen TV with ample seating, plus a huge library of books, games and DVDs for you to choose from.

On top of this there are two other spacious living areas, each with its own TV and DVD player.

Outdoors, the huge, fully fenced backyard is ideal for family games and fun in the sun.

The home also features 6 split system reverse cycle heating/cooling units.

1 is located in the downstairs games room, 1 in the downstairs living room (that comfortably heats and cools the 2 x downstairs bedrooms), 1 in the upstairs living room and 3 others are in the upstairs bedrooms.

With sufficient parking for a boat, this place is ideal for boating and fishing enthusiasts, with Cowes boat ramp just a 3 minute drive away, and for golf lovers, both Phillip Island Golf Club and the Aussie Golf Ranch are within a five minute drive.

Bedding Arrangements

The home is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 17:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed and one single bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed and one set of single bunks
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One set of tri-bunks
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One set of single bunks and a trundle bed
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): One double bed

There are also 3 single bed mattresses available to accommodate larger groups

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
