We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons.
If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates.

About The Home
This is a gorgeous, pet-friendly home situated in central Cowes, and only a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets to make your holiday easy! Whatever your reason for visiting our beautiful Isle, you will find “Casa Killara” to be the perfect destination to suit your needs, and one that you’ll be eager to return to year after year.
Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Downstairs is a gorgeous open plan kitchen (with breakfast bar) / dining / lounge room (with smart TV), opening onto the generous alfresco deck.
A bedroom, toilet and fully-equipped laundry (with washer & dryer) round off this floor.
Upstairs includes another 3 bedrooms, the master of which also contains a smart TV and en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet & vanity).
There is another bathroom (with freestanding bath, shower and vanity) and a separate toilet.
Lastly there is a second living area (with smart TV).
Here you’ll find the spacious, sheltered alfresco (with built-in BBQ, quality outdoor setting and smart TV) leading to the large, enclosed yard - suitable for pets too.
There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand, and a double-garage.
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
plus a double sink, large fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, 900ml electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.
There are wall mounted reverse-cycle air conditioning units in both upstairs & downstairs living areas, plus ceiling fans in both living rooms and 3 of the 4 bedrooms (with a pedestal fan for the 4th bedroom).
The alfresco area also contains ceiling mounted heaters and a fan.
The home is configured to comfortably sleep up to a maximum of 14:
Bedroom 1 (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): One set of Tri-bunks and One x King Single bed
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): One set of Tri-bunks and One x Single bed
There is also a Queen size fold-out divan in the upstairs living area suitable for 2 adults or children.
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.
Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.
The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.
Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).
Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
