Perfect 4-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in CAPE WOOLAMAI VIC. This property can accommodate up to 9 people with 4 rooms and 5 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ or a walk along the beach. Your pet is welcome inside this property! Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons.

If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates.

Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc.
 

About The Home

This is a beautifully appointed, light filled, pet friendly home in Cape Woolamai.

A licensed general store just a 2 min walk away, and the Cape Woolamai shopping centre a mere 3 min drive.

Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

This single-storey home (with 3 stairs to access the front door) has a large open-plan kitchen / dining / living room (with smart TV, DVD player and coonara-style wood heater), leading onto an outdoor deck area.

There are four spacious bedrooms; the master features a WIR and an en-suite (with shower and toilet).

The other three bedrooms share a spacious bathroom (with bath & shower) and a separate toilet.

Finally, there is a large laundry (with washing machine and a dryer) and access to the backyard.


Outdoor Areas

Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a deck opening off the living room.

This delightful space is equipped with a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting.

The backyard is fully enclosed so perfect for kids and pets alike.

There’s a hot and cold outdoor shower as well.

With ample off-street parking in the long driveway, there is space for up to 3 cars/a boat.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee plunger, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home is equipped with reverse-cycle split system unit in the living area.

There’re two ceiling fans in the living area and 2 stand-alone fans.

Additionally, there is a coonara-style wood heater, complete with fireguard and wood supplied.

Bedding Configuration

The home is configured to comfortably sleep up to a maximum of 9 people:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: One Tri-bunk bed

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
