We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons.

If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates.

Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc.
 

About The Home

This is a tastefully renovated 3 bedroom seaside cottage in Cape Woolamai.

Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

This charming home has a master bedroom with ensuite, plus two other bedrooms that share the modern main bathroom, a renovated open plan kitchen with a sun filled living and dining room.

Outdoor Areas

The home features an extended covered deck overlooking a spacious sun filled garden and an enclosed rear yard - perfect for children and pets.

The garage is not for guest use, but there is plenty of parking available in front of the garage and on the lawn outside of the tree line.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.

plus a double sink, small fridge (and a second large fridge in the store room), dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc.

you would expect to find in a home away from home.

The home also has a Nespresso pod coffee machine

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living area, and a portable fan in the store room.

Bedding Configuration

The home is set up to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two Single beds
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times,  check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
