• Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
• Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
• To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

We had such a lovely time in this cosy cottage.

The whole place was really thoughtfully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It's particularly good for dogs as the garden is completely fenced. It's a very peaceful place and great for a few days rest and relaxation. We'd definitely consider coming back again. Your cleaners are excellent: the place was really spotless and incredibly well fitted out with things like kitchen paper etc. Thank you!

Home was very comfortable with warm heating , great linen and comfy bedding. Kitchen was extremely functional with all accessories. Within walking distance to town and local cafes.
