Thank you to Elders and our host for our week at Utopia, this property is very accommodating and has fantastic views over the boat ramp, sat for hours just looking at the view, house has everything you could possibly need, beds are comfortable, so much has gone into making your visit stress free and comfortable just bring you linen. Booked again for next year before we left.

Another great week at Burrum Heads trying to catch a feed of fish & crabs then relaxing on the patios with the other 10 mates enjoying the river views with a couple of coldies Another afternoon at the Burrum Tavern having a flutter on the ponies finishing with meal in bistro Another afternoon at the Bowls club playing bare fooot bowls what a great afternnon great fun even if you have never rolled a bowl finishing with a meal in bistro. Its a easy walk to the local shops - bakery - foodlands

We are a 3-generation family who have stayed at Utopia a number of times now. It suits us very well.

This is our fifth family holiday at Utopia and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We call this our happy place, our home away from home. We are a small three generational family and this is the one time of the year we are all together under the one roof. We swim, fish, kayak, boat, go for walks and ride our bikes. Utopia is so spacious, so well equipped, so welcoming that we feel embraced by the house. We have built, and continue to build such beautiful memories here. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Best House I have ever rented for a holiday. From every utensil to kids toys and games. There is even a crab cooker. The place has everything you need. Great Location.. Great Views. Clean. The beds are all comfortable . All our guest enjoyed there time at Utopia .

Good Property that we have had for the 5th time.
Big enough for 10 people with plenty of space.
Location is great, and good for our elderly guests with mobility issues to sit on the balconies and watch the comings and goings on the river, the boat ramp and the park.

This is my 2nd time I've stayed at Utopia. I just feel so at home here. Only left to do a bit of shopping. Just wanted to stay home and look at the view.

Another great week at Burrum Heads fishing and crabbing great get away for 11 mates we would highly recommend the utopia house for location and views of the river short walk to shops and the hotel which serve great meals boat ramp is located about 4mins drive from house best of all bring nothing except your clothes and bed linen this house has absolutly everything else

Cannot say anything bad about our accomodation & stay. Plenty of room for 3 families. Toys & games for the kids made available. Ping pong table, soccer table & dart board got plenty of use. The kitchen has everything you need. House was spacious & well maintained. Close to the beach with great views. Definitely will stay here again. Ate at local pub & bowls club. Pub within walking distance.

We had a week at utopia for past 5 years it's a great location over looking the river and boat ramp short walk along the foreshore brings you to local stores house has all the mod cons great park a very short walk where you can have a BBQ let the kids have a swim we would recommend Burrum Heads and utopia for your next holidays J B

Our group of 11 men have spent a week at Burrum Heads for the past 5 years fishing and crabbing staying in the beautiful Utopia house although the crabs and fish excaped this year .the week we spent at the house was great as usual .This house has absolutly every thing any family or group as ours could wish for. From the great views overlooking the river. The moment you open the door you will be amazed at the layout of the house.if you have children they can be enterained with any board game the will find in the up stair cupboards or venture down stairs to the garage to play table tennis or make sand castles in the sand pit or just play out side in the fully fenced yard .while you can sit back relax on the deck with a coffee or cold beer and take in the great views . the kitchen has every thing to please any chef. This year our host had the house set out for Halloween. The house is well maintained and always imaculate on arrival it is a credit to the owner . We had our children and grandchildren join us at Utopia and we had the most relaxing time with so many things to do. The sandpit was a big favourite as was the barbecue facilities and comfortable furniture. The price was so affordable as well. We would love to come back again next year.

We planned a family getaway to celebrate our Fathers 90th Birthday. We chose Burrum Heads as this was his old stomping ground and we wanted something that would accommodate a large group and have water views. Utopia offered that and more. The house was sensational - large roomy and well appointed with everything you could ask for. Cant wait to book this house again. We had a fantastic break and would highly recommend this property.

We just finished a week at Utopia and had the best time. There were so many unexpected activities in the garage and the sandpit was a bit hit with the grandchildren. Beds were comfy, everything you need was in the kitchen and the views were amazing. We will forever have great memories of our time at Utopia. Thank you so much for this piece of paradise

What an amazing house. Great location. Us ladies liked it so much we've booked it next year. The views from the back of the house are fantastic. All the things you need to bring is food and sheets etc. You will relax when you enter the front door.

I can't recommend this property enough for a holiday rental. Fantastic location, EVERYTHING you need plus more is here. We wanted for nothing. We come to Burrum Heads every year....and will always stay here.

Absolutely nothing to fault here. Great house, great location. Easy walking access to beaches, boats, town. Or just relax on one of the decks and watch the water as the days drift by. The owners really want you to enjoy the house as your own - it has everything you could need and brilliantly laid out for easy use and care. Immaculate accommodation with perfect presentation. The owners of this home look to provide for all age groups, including your pet. With an excellent location, the beach/river on your doorstep, swimming, fishing, long walks, close to the shops and boat ramp. We highly recommend this holiday letting for a memorable stay in this special seaside location.

This was the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was provided for us - there was even champagne and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. Would recommend this house to any large family group. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

We would highly recommend Utopia as the place to holiday in BH, absolutely the best! Great location with the Burrum River, sandy foreshores and parks your "backyard" to enjoy. Great fishing, long walks along the beach. So relaxing. Outstanding accommodation, extremely well resourced in all areas of the house, from the kitchen, dinning, bedrooms and living areas, to outside and undercover areas,and with a full range of assorted toys and games for every member of the family, including a sand pit for the littlies. Just amazing. You will be welcomed as a family member, not a guest, your hosts have thought of everything to cater for your needs. Ours was a wonderful experience, we couldn't have asked for more. We hired the house for two weeks over Christmas & New Years. Best thing we did! Not only is the location fabulous, but the house and all the facilities are amazing - two fridge freezers, one large freezer, kitchen packed (& I mean packed) with everything you could ever need in a kitchen, comfortable furniture both inside and out. We felt so spoilt that there is no other house in BH that we would even consider now. Thank you to the owners and Elders as the welcome pack and Christmas tree was such a wonderful touch.
