The house was clean but dusty due to the blinds. The kitchen was very functional and mainly well stocked ( we had to ask for wine glasses) and was in need of a couple of serving plates. The beds were comfortable. The decor needed updating and there were maintenance issues that needed attending e.g floor boards in dining room and screen door. The back yard needed clearing of a dead tree and some landscaping. The spare was unable to be used as it was bent.
