This cute holiday home has it all really! Well presented with 3/4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests.

It has a fully enclosed rear yard which is ideal for small children and the added bonus of free WIFI.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living is located upstairs and has easy access to the lovely decked entertaining area.

Three bedrooms are all of generous size with the second living room able to convert to a fourth bedroom.

This property is located on a nice quiet street only a few minutes stroll from the beach.

Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea.

It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together.

Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular for this area.

There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines.

A 3-minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse and restaurant.

You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

Please note that this house has a steep staircase and is not recommended for children under the age of three.

Sleeps 8 guests (3/4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) Upstairs: B1: 1 x queen, B2: 2 x singles.

Downstairs: B3: 2 x bunks and 1 x single.

B4: (This is the second living area) 1 x queen.

BATHROOMS: Upstairs complete with a bath.

Downstairs has a shower and is located in the laundry room.

Open plan dining and kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric cooktop, oven and coffee machine (Breville Espresso) complimentary wifi, BBQ and laundry facilities.

Ample open space car parking surrounding the property.

We enjoyed our stay but very disappointed the emergency phone was not answered, , even after 7 days no one has bothered to contact me. I reported this to reception when dropping keys off, but no one has contacted me to at least apologise. The internet situation was most frustrating, it took me 24 hours to find the internet service in the house (this was why I contacted the emergency line) and you had multiple network names and passwords in your documentation. This needs to be reviewed!

This house had a great amount of rooms (4 bedrooms) and one of the rooms had multiple bunk beds which was helpful for the kids. The enclosed yard was perfect for the kids to run around in safely. It was comfortable and had everything we needed.
