This is it! 4-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in San Remo VIC. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. This property can accommodate up to 10 people with 4 rooms and 5 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ or a walk along the beach. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

This is a delightful split level family home in San Remo just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Downstairs is the 2nd Living Room (with TV) which provides access to Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 (each with BIR) and a Bathroom/Laundry (with freestanding bath, toilet, washing machine & clothes dryer). Upstairs is a landing/Study and Bedroom 1 which features a TV, WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet) and a private Balcony. From the Study there are 3 steps up to the huge open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV, Marley sound box and Coonara wood heater) which flows out to the large Balcony.

Outdoor Areas

The main balcony upstairs has 3 recliner chairs, an 8 seater table & chairs, a 6-seater corner lounge and 3 bar stools. The fully covered Outdoor Entertaining Area (with smart TV, table tennis table, Weber BBQ & 3 recliner chairs) is adjacent to the family & pet friendly (outside only) fully enclosed rear yard with firepit (no wood provided) and hot/cold outdoor shower. The Shed is not accessible to guests, but there is undercover parking for 2-3 cars under the carport, another in driveway and space for 2 vehicles (cars and/or a boat/caravan) in the side driveway and behind a set of double gates.


The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Delonghi Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in both the downstairs Living Room and the Upstairs Living Room, ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms plus 1 in each of the upstairs Dining Room and Living Rooms, and a Coonara-style wood heater in the upstairs Living Room (some wood to get you started).

Bedding Configuration

This home has 4 beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 10 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Queen bed

There is also a Queen sized sofa bed in the downstairs Living Room, suitable for 2 adults or children.


It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
