Time for some R & R: 5-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in San Remo VIC. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. Why not enjoy a BBQ or have a splash in the pool. This property can accommodate up to 16 people with 5 rooms and 10 beds at your disposal. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

A delightful double-storey family home in San Remo just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Downstairs, a central hallway leads to Bedroom 5 with a walk-through robe and ensuite (with shower & toilet), the Theatre Room, fully equipped Laundy (with washing machine & clothes dryer) that provides access to the rear yard, a separate Toilet and the huge rear open plan Kitchen (with walk-in pantry)/Dining/Family Room (with 65" smart TV) which provides access to the rear covered Patio. There is also internal access to the Double Garage.

Upstairs is Bedroom 1 which features a WIR and ensuite (with shower, toilet & double vanity), Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 (each with WIR), a Bathroom (with stand-alone bath & shower), a separate Toilet, a Study and a Living Room (with bar fridge & 55" smart TV) with delightful water views that also provides access to the front Balcony.

Outdoor Areas

The rear patio features an amazing electric-heated 6-seater Spa plus outdoor seating for 4 people, and flows through to the fully covered patio (with gas BBQ, ceiling fan & 8-seater dining table). The rear yard is perfect for children and pets (pets to remain out of the Bedrooms please) and the whole block is enclosed. The Upstairs front partially-covered Balcony has incredible water views and seating for 2 with a coffee table. The Double Garage (with small children's folding table tennis table) has space for 2 cars, plus room for another 3-4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) on the concrete apron next to and in front of the Garage (with basketball ring).


The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge (plus a bar fridge in upstairs Living Room), dishwasher, 900mm electric oven and 5-burner gas cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a dual-zone ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning unit that services every room in the home.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 7 beds, 2 sofa beds and 1 Day bed, accommodating up to 16 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One King bed and one Single day bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Tri-bunk and one Single bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): One King bed

There is a Queen sized sofa bed in the downstairs Theatre Room and another in the upstairs Study, each suitable for 1 adult or child.
Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.


It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
