The spacious living area, adorned with comfy sofas and a smart TV, invites guests to unwind and relax. A stock of board games and books beckons for family fun, and a Bluetooth speaker injects some energy into the quiet beach evenings. With ducted air conditioning throughout and extra portable fan for the rumpus room, your total comfort is guaranteed no matter what the weather.

The fully appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a coffee machine, microwave, oven, and essential pantry items like coffee, tea, and seasonings. Important Information:

  • A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
  • Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
  • Bedroom 2 consists of 1 x Tri Bunk Bed (1 Double bed below and 1 single on top) and 1 x Trundle Bed.
  • Bedroom 4 is in the rumpus room with sofa bed and closeable doors for privacy. This room has a portable fan.
  • Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
  • There 4 active CCTV cameras at the property. 1 on garage, 1 at front entrance, 1 facing side fence and 1 facing back fence. These will be on during your stay.
  • Fencing: The property is fully fenced in the rear garden area.
  • Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning throughout.
  • This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
  • We welcome responsible guests who will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
  • For our pet-friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
  • After booking, you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit/credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check-out.
  • No schoolies, parties, bucks, or hens groups are permitted.

About Pets:

Pets are allowed inside the home. Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.

We highly recommend this beautiful home, it has everything you could ask for and more for an enjoyable stay away from home. There were 10 of us and our energetic groodle, the home was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably without feeling overcrowded even on a rainy day. The home is located in a quiet area, it is close to the local shops and an easy walk to the beach. I only wish we could have stayed longer, we can't wait for our next stay.

A great place to stay, super clean, modern and spacious! Conveniently located, just a 5min walk from the beach. It had everything we needed, comfy beds, games and a well equipped kitched, we would definitely stay there again!
