A well-stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Fridge, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso) and microwave.

Upstairs - Comfortable lounge area with ocean views, air conditioning, large Smart TV with Sound Bar and comfortably seating 6 guests

A good size fully secure backyard with a paved area and dining for 8, Weber Family Q gas barbecue and outdoor shower.

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, duvets and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets

This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Arrival/Departure Time

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, Functions & Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

Had the best time at this place over the long weekend! It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach and we used the bbq as well as the board games provided!! Everything you could need was all provided in the kitchen and bathrooms, we couldn’t have asked for more! There was even a pack of Jervis Bay pale ales in the fridge when we arrived! 10/10, perfect stay! 🏖️
