  • Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at the property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
  • Fencing: The property is not fenced as it is a block of units.
  • Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area.
  • We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
  • Pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds and will need to be taken outside of the unit when required.
  • After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.
  • No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted. -This property is part of STRATA, and as such, you must agree to follow relevant bylaws to ensure the continued ability of the property to host guests, these include: 1.An owner or occupier of a lot must not park or stand any motor or other vehicle on common property except with the prior written approval of the owners corporation. The vehicle of any owner or occupier of a Lot must only be parked in the car space or spaces forming part of that Lot.
  1. Garbage- (a)must ensure that before garbage, recyclable material or waste is placed in the receptacles it is, in the case of garbage, securely wrapped or, in the case of tins or other containers, completely drained or, in the case of recyclable material or waste, separated and prepared in accordance with the applicable recycling guidelines, and for the purpose of having the garbage, recyclable material or waste collected, must place the receptacles within an area designated for that purpose by the owners corporation and at a time not more than 12 hours before the time at which garbage, recyclable material or waste is normally collected, and when the garbage, recyclable material or waste has been collected, must promptly return the receptacles to the lot or other area referred to in paragraph (a), and must not place any thing in the receptacles of the owner or occupier of any other lot except with the permission of that owner or occupier.
  2. Pets- If an owner or occupier of a lot keep a cat, small dog or small caged bird on the lot then the owner or occupier must: keep the animal within the lot, and carry the animal when it is on the common property, and take such action as may be necessary to clean all areas of the lot or the common property that are soiled by the animal.

About Pets:

Pets are allowed inside the home. Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.
