About the home

This is a beautiful single-storey family home in Cape Woolamai just a short walk from the Cape Woolamai Beach and comfortable walk to Cleeland Bight Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The home has an open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area (with smart TV & coonara style wood heater) opening to the large rear deck. There is a second huge living area (with smart TV) also with access to the rear deck, through to the main bedroom with ensuite (with shower & toilet). Then there are bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 (all with BIR), the main bathroom (with bath & freestanding shower) and the fully-equipped laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) leading to an additional toilet.

Outdoor Areas

Outdoor living is certainly catered for, with a large, rear covered deck (with gas BBQ, and seating for 10) leading to the electric-heated swim spa (2.2m x 3.7m) and 4-6 seater spa (2.2m x 1.7m). The yard is fully enclosed, perfect for the kids and pets (outdoor only) to play in, and comes equipped with an outdoor shower (hot & cold water). At the front of the home there is also an undercover veranda (with two lounge chairs). There is parking for a boat under cover (approx. 2.6m wide and 7m deep) as well as parking for 2 cars side by side, and one in front of a boat.


The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The central Kitchen / Dining / Living area contains both a wall mounted reverse cycle split system, as well as a coonara-style wood heater (some wood to get started). There is another wall mounted reverse cycle split system in the second living area. Ceiling fans are found in Bedrooms 1 and 2, and standalone fans in bedrooms 3 & 4. There is a standalone column heater for guests to use where required.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 8 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 13 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two sets of Single Bunk beds
Bedroom 4: One Tri-bunk

There is also a double divan/sofa bed in the second living room suitable for 2 adults or children.

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.


It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
