Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers, beach towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets

This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced, back yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet and if you have not picked up after your pet in the yard before departure. You will need to ensure your 4 legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Please note that this studio is on a shared block with a cottage. It is completely private and separated by a fence and a gate. It is accessed by a laneway.
The small shed is for owner storage and not available to guests.

Security Bond

A bond of 500 dollars must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). The property manager accepts Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

Arrival/Departure Times

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, Functions and Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.

Easter: 4 night minimum stay.

Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
