This very comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom apartment is in a fantastic location and is very accessible. Extremely close to Iluka Bay, rainforest and Fisherman's Co-op. Air conditioned lounge and main bedroom, separate dining, roomy kitchen. 300m to the beautiful Clarence River, bowling club and shops. This one makes getting around town a breeze. Single remote controlled garage, enclosed back court yard, additional parking for the boat. In a small block of only 3 you cannot go wrong with this little beauty.
