The home boasts 2 living areas, one of which has an open fireplace, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The real drawcard, however, is the large block on which the property sits. Kids and families alike will be spoiled for a choice of activities with a basketball area, cubby houses, trampoline, and play equipment. And for those who love mountain biking, the purpose-built track will provide hours of entertainment.
Cool off on a hot day with a dip in the beautiful pool, which features shaded lounge seating, perfect for parents to relax while the kids play. The spacious lawn area is ideal for running around and playing games, and with the property being pet-friendly, the whole family can enjoy the holiday together.
The alfresco area with a built-in BBQ is a beautiful spot to enjoy a family meal overlooking the pool. A large picnic table and bar seating at the back of the home also provide plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy the serenity of the large property.

No animals are allowed on the furniture AT ANY TIME and under any circumstances. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. This includes (but is not restricted to) any fur/hair (except on floors), food, stains, smells or faeces. Any damage caused by the animal must be repaired or reported to us (and will be deducted from your Security Bond). This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture, gardens etc. Any additional time in cleaning up after your animal/s will be charged to you. Number of dogs permitted is limited to two (2). Please ensure that this limit is adhered to.
