Upon entering the home, walk down several stairs to the open-plan dining area and kitchen. The chic dining area, which is air-conditioned, opens onto a large deck with BBQ and outdoor table and has views over the landscaped lawns and outdoor fire pit with sandstone seating surround.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and all have ceiling fans. The family bathroom is spacious with high ceilings and has a bath and shower with a separate toilet. There is also a second bathroom adjacent to the kitchen, with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Upstairs, to level one of the home is a large living area with TV, seating, and a queen sofa bed. This area opens to a deck that has lovely ocean views. Take the extra-large bean bags out to the deck to spend mornings in the sun catching up on some “me time” or reading a book. Kids and families will absolutely LOVE the games cupboard that is choc-a-block with board games and card games to keep everyone entertained. There is also a basket with soft toys for younger children. There is a powder room on this level for convenience, and this room enjoys air conditioning to keep you cool all year round.
Enjoy sitting around the fire pit at night with family and friends. You may even like to cook dinner over the fire! The fire pit comes with a starter pack of wood to burn but bring your own or purchase more firewood from the local service station at Emerald Beach or at Mitre 10 in Woolgoolga. Kids will love playing in the large backyard, with plenty of room to run around on the lawns.
This is located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Emerald Beach, famous for its beaches, walking tracks and the population of kangaroos. Emerald beach has a general store, liquor store and cafes and is within 19 minutes’ drive from Coffs Harbour Airport for an easy commute from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra.
Emerald Beach is within 13 minutes of the major shopping centre of Park Beach Plaza with over 120 speciality stores and the boutique Moonee Market. It is also within a close drive to local award-winning distilleries and breweries, such as Critters Distillery, internationally recognised for its vodka.
