This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that sleeps up to 8. The home comprises a self-contained studio with a kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor level, while the first-floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, expansive living areas and a dedicated open plan workspace with stand up desks.

This is the ultimate beachside workcation or holiday destination.

Enjoy relaxing on sun lounges by the pool as you listen to the sound of the ocean. The pool also has magnificent views of the ocean.

Work from the open plan dedicated office which adjoins the living area and is equipped with stand up adjustable desks and large monitors ready to go. Take a break as you play on the Retro Coffee Table Arcade Machine, equipped with over 3500 games from the ’80s and ’90s.  Collaborate or take phone calls in the seating area overlooking the ocean ( watching the whales and dolphins of course!)

The lounge and living areas are spacious and overlook the beach with an ever-changing kaleidoscope of Pacific Ocean views.

The expansive undercover veranda is the perfect spot for coffees, meals and sundowners. Slide back the large glass stacker doors and enjoy indoor/outdoor living as the coastal breezes flow through your holiday home. The kitchen is a large chef's style kitchen with all of the quality appliances and space to cook.  Enjoy whipping up meals in the kitchen or the BBQ on the deck. Of course, if you would prefer not to cook, use our dedicated concierge service to order catering for meals or even arrange a private chef.

The property is located in Sapphire Beach, literally 100 metres to the beach and is located in a tiny seaside enclave a few minutes north of Coffs Harbour, tucked well away from the tourist throng. There are just a handful of homes in this tightly held neighbourhood. 

The property is 14kms from Coffs Harbour Airport for easy travel from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. It is 9kms from Park Beach Plaza with over 120 speciality shops including Target, Woolworths and Aldi, and is an easy drive into town for shopping cafes and restaurants. Zen Deck is  12 km from Coffs Harbour Marina and the beautiful Muttonbird Island. The Big Banana and other tourist attractions are also an easy drive away – you will be spoilt for choice
