This holiday home is right in the heart of Blueys Beach, only a short walk from the beach or that morning coffee. Coastal modern style awaits with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Spacious 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, with an open style living and kitchen area perfect for entertaining that opens directly onto the Japanese style inner courtyard and outdoor dining area, complete with landscaped grounds and gardens. Boof's is fully fenced.

The living/dining area includes an entertainers kitchen with a large kitchen island. The spacious Butlers panty includes a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and washing machine.

An 8-seat dining table looks over the courtyard. The living space contains a modular lounge, a Smart TV with Netflix and a DVD library, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Linen supplied - just bring your beach towels! All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the 4th bedroom is separate to the main house with a sitting space and TV, and is next to the main house in the courtyard area. (This room would not be suitable as a bedroom for young children on their own.)

We love dogs and would like to offer a pet-friendly service, but would respectfully request the following:

• no cats
• guests to bring their own dog beds
• we respectfully advise that guests are responsible to keep their dogs off the furniture, pick up any waste and to protect the property from any damage

• A pre-authorised bond is charged prior to arrival
• Strict no party or function policy
• No smoking inside

Blueys Beach is famed for being the beach which guarantees a good wave. Blueys is undoubtedly a favourite with surf enthusiasts and those who enjoy a stretch of secluded sand with incredible views. Said to have gained its unusual name due to a cattle mishap enroute to Yarric Mountain (the hill on the southern end of Blueys Beach), locals proudly proclaim this to be one of the world’s finest beaches. Offering protected corners for those who want to watch the swell from afar, this lush stretch of coastline is framed by forest-covered headlands and nestled between Sandbar Beach to the south, and Boomerang Beach to the north.

Perfectly positioned within a very short walk to both Blueys Beach and the Blueys shops.

It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open style living and kitchen space.

The property is beautifully finished, with lovely clean lines and floor-to-ceilings windows.

It faces North, onto a Japanese style inner courtyard and outdoor dining area.

Bedroom 3 - 2 x King Singles, Built in robes, ceiling fan, access to the back deck.

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, Smart TV with Netflix, seating area, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, access to the inner courtyard.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are opposite the large main bathroom which has a bath and a walk-in shower.

(Please note that the Fourth bedroom is a large detached room set up as a bedroom + sitting space (with Tv).

It is attached to the main house via the deck only.

Suitable for adults or as a teenagers retreat, it is important to note that this would not be suitable as a bedroom for young children.

There is a large 2-car garage for use, with an outdoor shower at the entrance and plenty of space to store beach gear and surfboards.

A clothes dryer is also located in the garage.

Pet Friendly. The property is secured with fencing and gating.

We love dogs and would like to offer a pet-friendly service, but would respectfully request the following: - no cats - guests to bring their own pet beds - we respectfully advise that guests are responsible to keep pets off the furniture, pick up any waste and to protect the property from pet damage (digging, chewing etc).

Mobile Phone coverage in the area is supported by Telstra and Optus networks.

Unfortunately if you have a Voda phone then there is little to no reception in the area $75 Pet Levy applies No smoking indoors

Boofs is a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our holiday. The home was thoroughly cleaned on the inside , lawns mowed and everything.

We had a great long weekend at Blueys. Our accommodation was beautiful ! Boofs had everything we could have asked for and very well appointed. The accommodation catered for pets which is exactly what we required for our family get away. The local community was friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!
