Three Palms is perfectly positioned with stunning beaches and surf breaks, parks and playgrounds, Currumbin Creek and a range of cafes, restaurants and bars all within a short stroll.

The two story townhouse features open plan living on the ground floor including comfortable lounge room with 55 inch smart TV and dining room to enjoy family meals.

The fully enclosed courtyard area is the perfect spot to spend your evenings with festoon lights, swing seat, gas BBQ and alfresco dining area.

The modernized kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with ice/water dispenser, oven and cooktop, plenty of storage space and breakfast bench.

Three bedrooms are on the top floor including spacious master suite with king bed, walk through robe and ensuite with walk in shower.

The second bedroom offers queen bed and the third has a set of bunk beds.

The main bathroom has a shower over bath (perfect for families!).

The loungeroom, master bedroom and second bedroom all offer reverse cycle air-conditioning, and with vaulted cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans throughout, the home feels airy and comfortable year-round.

Three Palms offers laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Three Palms has been beautifully furnished and styled to offer a perfectly relaxing getaway and is sure to become a new favourite!

Access
Access is via a keypad at the property, further instruction will be provided closer to arrival. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage, however there is plenty of free, street parking available.

Linen

This property is equipped with all linen including sheets, towels, quilts, blankets, pillows etc. We do suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Fees

Refundable $500 security deposit, non refundable $240 cleaning and $80 booking fee

Palm Beach is located only 10 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 25 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Palm Beach has been crowned Queenslands cleanest beach 3 times and offers great swimming and surfing conditions. Palm Beach’s dining and entertainment scene is booming with trendy new cafes, bars and restaurants popping up regularly. The Palm Beach surf club offers great meals and spectacular views. Stock up on holiday basics at Coles and shoppers will love the boutiques and surf shops.
