With a beautiful garden and plenty of space for a big family, you’ll be just a one-minute walk away from the smooth waves and white sands of Culburra Beach.

This holiday home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Wake up with a Nespresso on the huge balcony and enjoy mountain views and the smell of salt spray coming off the ocean at the end of the lane. Grab a towel and walk down for your morning swim and enjoy floating in the gentle swell in the sun, then come back to wash the sand off in the heated outdoor shower or either of the indoor bathrooms.

Kick back and relax in front of either of two TVs with Netflix and Stan or take a board game out in the air conditioning for a bit of contest. The garden at the rear of the property is bursting with succulents, bushes and trees of dozens of species skirting a large grass area to kick a ball around or for furry pets to stretch their legs. At mealtimes you can order from local takeaways or cook up a storm on the BBQ, and you’re spoiled for choice with three dining areas inside and out for al fresco dining in excellent weather.

When it’s time to turn in, the floor level has a bedroom and kitchenette, perfect for two families holidaying together, or teens who want their own space next to the rumpus room. King and queen beds abound, and two of the bedrooms have private little balconies overlooking the impressive greenery in the backyard. Gather around the boho table under rainbow globe lights on the covered deck as the sun goes down and toast to a beautiful day in paradise under a stunning view of the Milky Way at Arizona.

Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at the property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).

After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.

An amazing property right next to the beach that's beautifully presented and maintained. Heaps of standouts including choice of quality toiletries, kitchen and pantry were fully stocked...a decent collection of boardgames and books to unwind. Netflix was a nice touch to the holiday! A massive well maintained backyard meant our little ones could spend time outside running around. A super comfy property with even more responsive holiday home staff! Look forward to dealing again with you guys.
