With a huge, fully-enclosed backyard and an undercover outdoor space where you can play a round of darts or table tennis, you’ll want to spend as much time out in the fresh air as you can, while enjoying the laidback lifestyle of Culburra Beach.

With the sound of the crashing waves creating the perfect holiday soundscape day and night, you’re sure to wake feeling rejuvenated as you make yourself a Nespresso to enjoy on the balcony while looking out over the gardens.

After a leisurely swim in the sparkling blue ocean, rinse off in the outdoor shower (or either of the two indoor ones), then get ready to venture out for a ride into town on one of the bikes supplied. Why not take the kids to the skatepark and playground, or venture a little further afield to explore Crookhaven River, Curleys Bay, or Lake Wollumboola?

When you’ve had your fill of sun and sand, settle in to binge-watch your favourite series on Netflix or Stan, or take a break from technology to read a book or play a board game.

When dinner time strikes, cook up a storm on the BBQ while listening to your favourite tunes on the portable speaker, as your four-legged friend runs around grassy garden. Keep the night going with a round of darts or a game of table tennis, and then get cosy around the fire pit as you prepare to settle in for a good night’s sleep. A mix of queen, single, and tri-bunk beds mean each family member can pick the configuration that’s right for them, and fans and heaters will keep you comfortable year-round.

Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at the property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

Fencing: The property is fully fenced (rear garden - front garden unfenced).

Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.

This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.

We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.

Pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).

After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.

No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.

About Pets:

Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.
