It’s time to make memories that will last forever! This home is a truly special place to host a large family getaway, sleeping up to 14 people and featuring a big comfy living room, lots of space for everyone to enjoy a meal, and plenty of parking – including room for a boat.
The quiet town of Sussex Inlet is a water-lover’s dream, with 5 Mile Beach just a short drive away from your villa. With the peaceful St Georges Basin on one side of town and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean on the other, you’ll have unbeatable access to fishing, boating, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, pop into the nearby Swordfish Brewery for an ice-cold craft beer or head to the golf course to enjoy a few holes.
Once you’ve had your fill of the great outdoors, enjoy all the creature comforts of home – air conditioning throughout the entire house, a smart TV in every bedroom, multiple streaming services, board games, and kids’ toys. With two outdoor dining areas, including commercial outdoor heating and a ceiling fan on the deck, you can enjoy the ambiance of sitting outside any time of the year.
Take your time to wind down at the end of the day with a relaxing bath in the large, free-standing tub, and make your way to one of the comfy beds – with two queen beds, two sets of bunk beds, and two tri-bunk beds, every family member will be comfortable.

For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the back door, garden, under the balcony, and garage door facing the driveway. Nothing towards areas of congregation. They will be on during your stay.
Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at the property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.
