If you’re looking for a beautiful waterfront home in the peaceful paradise of Sussex Inlet to host a large family getaway, reunion, or fishing trip, look no further. Lake House has everything you need to relax and reconnect, with easy access to fishing and boating.

Start the day with a cup of freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and stroll down to your own private wharf, where a bench seat awaits. As the birds begin to chirp and the household wakes up, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips for a fun-filled family holiday.

With a boat ramp right in your backyard, you’ll be itching to get out for a day on the water. When you return, the fishing station with a plumbed sink and cleaning area means you can prepare your catch easily and then cook it up on the BBQ. After a busy day in the fresh air and making the most of the four canoes and two stand-up paddle boards provided, you’ll be ready to enjoy some downtime.

The gorgeous open-plan living space at the heart of the property has plenty of space for everyone to spread out, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows allowing you to make the most of the peaceful views. Relax on the couch and take advantage of the smart TV with multiple streaming services, enjoy a casual meal at the dining table or breakfast bar, or play a game of pool; this light-filled space will soon be filled with laughter as memories are made.

There’s something for everyone with a ping pong table, board games, kids’ toys, portable Bluetooth speakers, and a relaxing spa bath. Air conditioning throughout will keep you comfortable all year long, and plenty of parking will make outings to the nearby Swordfish Brewing Company, rugby fields, and Sussex Inlet beach a breeze.

Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning throughout.

This is a families only property. Only groups of adults with children or intergenerational family groups are accepted. Please DO NOT book if you do not meet these criteria or unfortunately your booking will be cancelled.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.

After booking you must upload a copy of your drivers licence or passport and sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.

For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).

About Pets:

Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.

Those big glass windows are transparent. My two parents hit directly on to it and heart front head. Very dangerous. Strongly suggest put some stickers on. The hose itself is very good.
