This is it! 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Fingal VIC. Your pet is welcome inside this property! Air conditioning will keep you cool or enjoy the game on the TV. This property can accommodate up to 9 people with 3 rooms and 7 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ or have a splash in the pool. Bookings are open to all families with children or groups age 27+ (all guests must be aged 27 or older for group bookings please).

This acreage property has opulent facilities such as a private spa, a balcony with sweeping views, a beautiful courtyard, modern kitchen, high-end fixtures, spacious bedrooms, and more. Located in the quiet Maxwell Road, you can enjoy the privacy and tranquillity of the countryside. You can also stroll around the best spots in Fingal, known for its basalt cliffs, beaches, magnificent rugged coastlines, and wellness destinations.

*Living and Entertainment*
It has a lavish living room looks inviting with comfortable couches, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. It has floor-to-ceiling glass walls and doors that lead to a solar heated swimming pool and gas heated spa. For your comfort and leisure, the pool deck has wooden floors and plush pool lounge chairs with pillows. The property is surrounded by an ancient Moonah woodland. This beautiful self-caring indigenous gardens give the property its fresh air good air flow, even without air-conditioning.
On those warm summer days, keep cool with the assistance of the two oversized Haiku fans in the living area and in 3 additional fans in the bedrooms.

The sophisticated kitchen has the modern amenities and equipment to prepare your family a good meal. It features a full-sized fridge and freezer, with oven, stove, microwave, cooktop, a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, sandwich press, and a toaster. Basic dishes and utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are also provided. It also has a breakfast bar, an island benchtop, and high chair, for when guests want to wait and linger while you cook.

The area has a huge door that opens to a veranda with outdoor furniture where you can lounge and enjoy the fresh air of the green surroundings and tranquil atmosphere. There’s even another dining set perfect for a breezy breakfast or a cosy dinner on a starry, chilly night.

At the back, there’s a vast courtyard perfectly made for socialising and gathering for a fun BBQ. Aside from the fun bonding, you’ll also enjoy the beauty of the lush greenery and foliage that surround the entire property. The place feels like an oasis in the middle of the beautiful woodland.

While we allow pets on the property, we have to thoroughly check the pet you'll bring to maintain the place's peace and tranquillity. Pets that incessantly bark and dig are prohibited. Pets must not be allowed inside the house. Also, the property has free-range chickens, so pets must not harm any of the property's animals.

*Bedrooms and Bathrooms*
This cosy vacation house can accommodate a large family of 10 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Imagine walking up to the fresh air and the view of lush nature. When you stay in one of its appealing rooms, you get exactly that and more! Bathrooms all look sleek with organised and tidy spaces.

Bedroom 1 - Master - has a King bed, a ceiling fan, open walk in ensuite and walk in robe, courtyard access and a small private balcony. It's great when you want some morning solitude in the comfort of your room.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, built-in robe, desk and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 has 2 x Sets of King Single bunk beds and a trundle for extra space. This big room has a ceiling fan, a built-in robe and desk.

The Main bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet, vanity and hair dryer.

My family had a lovely time here so much in fact we hardly got to the beach. The house is beautifully designed and decorated with earthy materials in this gorgeous naturalistic setting. We loved having the chickens running around and interacting, enjoyed the Moonah trees, the bulls and the grounds. Best of all was the lovely outdoor area and spectacular infinity pool!! Thankyou for making our holiday so relaxing and memorable.

Place was lovely, modern, spacious and had almost everything. On closer inspection value for money wasn’t there as the place had been left unclean. Hair left in drawers in the bathroom, looked like someone had just left for the day. Outside of the main bedroom the other rooms weren’t comfortable, having said that the living spaces were generous and we slept more comfortably in there.
