If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or have a splash in the pool. This property can accommodate up to 8 people with 4 rooms and 4 beds at your disposal. Wake up slowly and make yourself a Nespresso to enjoy at the breakfast bar, and when the urge strikes to have your first swim of the day, you can grab a towel and drive just down the road to the beach at Callala Bay to splash in the sparkling waves and soak up the sun. Afterwards, rinse off in either of two massive walk-in showers, then decide how to spend the rest of your day in one of the most beautiful places in the country.

Stay inside comfortably on cooler days near the combustion fire and relax in front of the TV with Netflix at your fingertips or gather around a board game to reconnect. The rumpus room has table tennis if you want to get a bit rowdy, and just beyond that is the spa hot tub hidden away to soak in. At Grey Gables you don’t have to worry about anyone hogging the amenities – the main bathroom has a beautiful deep bathtub with glass panels allowing a direct view out onto the lush gardens and a curtain for privacy, and the swimming pool out the back is almost big enough to do laps in! At the end of the pool is a table that you can use as a bar or as a podium for judging everyone’s best dives, and deck chairs are poolside for lounging in the sun with a few cold ones.

When mealtimes come around, cook up a storm on the BBQ to enjoy on the outdoor dining table with pets playing in the fully-fenced backyard, or make use of the fully furnished indoor open plan kitchen. For solo time, peruse the bookshelves and take a book out onto the hammock under the trees in the stunning garden or out onto the front lawn, set back from the road for plenty of privacy.

End each day around the firepit and watch the stars emerge above your heads in a gorgeous display of the Milky Way with your favourite people around you. Beautiful and comfortable home. The fire pit was a great addition to our chilly evenings where we could sit outside and be warm. The pool was great but weather was too cold for a dip. The spa was gorgeous and relaxing. The house was huge. There was only four of us but it was so spacious that even with eight people you would never be on each others toes. You have everything you need in the kitchen. We could not fault our stay in any way. Thank you for trusting us with your beautiful home.

House is great but probably best not to advertise AC as it's a small one in one bedroom which is hard to operate. 4th bedroom isn't a closed bedroom, rather a loft. also when we arrived the bin was full and recycling was almost full.. pool had far too much clorine. Overall we enjoyed the stay though.

Great place for the family and pets , The place was lovely and clean , kitchen well stocked (everything you need and don't need). We were blessed with very hot weather during our stay and therefore found the house to be quite hot even with fans provided, the master bedroom has airconditioning which made if a tad more comfortable when sleeping.
