Huge 4-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Cowes VIC. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. Why not enjoy a BBQ or have a splash in the pool. This property can accommodate up to 12 people with 4 rooms and 10 beds at your disposal. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!
This is a delightful single-level family home in Central Cowes just a short walk from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes.
Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The master bedroom is at the front of the home and features a smart TV, walk through robe and ensuite with shower and toilet.
The central hallway provides access to the other three bedrooms (bedrooms 3 and 4 have built in robes) plus the main bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and TV) and the laundry.
The large central open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with huge 75' TV) provides access out to a central deck that overlooks the rear yard.
A short hall leads to the light filled 2nd living room/rumpus room with soft floor coverings (perfect for wet feet coming in from the pool and spa) a pool table, coonara wood heater, smart TV, cd player and bluetooth speakers, a modern arcade game and delightful servery windows leading out to the covered outdoor kitchen.
There is also another bathroom off the rumpus room with a shower and toilet.
Outdoor Areas
The rear yard is fully enclosed and is perfect for children and pets alike.
The outdoor kitchen features a sink with hot/cold water, gas pizza oven, large table with 8 seats, 3 bar stools, an outdoor couch and some lounge beds.
The key attraction is the rear yard with its covered pergola housing the 8-seater spa (2.
2m x 2.
2m) and heated (electric heat pump) swimming pool (4.
5m x 2.
2m) .
The garage is not available for guests (may be available if requested beforehand for special events) but there is plenty of parking for more than 6 vehicles in the double concrete driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
plus a double sink, large fridge (with cold water & ice dispenser), dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
There is an additional full size fridge in the Rumpus/Games Room.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are 4 wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioners in the home; one in the main living/dining room, one in the 2nd living/Rumpus room, and one each in bedrooms 1 and 2.
There are two additional stand-alone heaters and fans which can be used where required and also an electric fireplace (heater) and Coonara wood heater in the Rumpus Room.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 8 beds plus 2 sofa bed, accommodating up to 12 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One set of Single bunks and one Single Trundle bed
Bedroom 4: One set of Single bunks and one Single Trundle bed The 2nd living/Rumpus Room has 2 x Queen sofa beds suitable for one adult or child each.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra.
By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases).
What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for.
The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement.
Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.
The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
