This stunning massive 5 bedroom house includes 4 bathrooms & spans over two very generous living levels whilst also providing enormous outdoor entertaining decks with comfortable day beds, outdoor lounges & dine settings, perfect for accommodating family & friends. Enjoy a short 100m stroll from within the estate grounds straight onto the main beach of Agnes Water. The downstairs living area is complimented with a pool table, lounges & outdoor settings plus an area fenced to allow one pet to holiday with you. The estate is within walking distance to all Agnes water amenities of restaurants, cafes, shops & 1770 foreshore is only a 5km drive.

This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corp managers who are active with ensure regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your group. Bookings are only accepted for families & quiet respectful people.

Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate ( if you have a 4th car this will need to be parked outside the gated estate)

If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints, you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)

Maximum of 1boat permitted ( this is part of the 3 vehicles permitted - so 2 car 1 boat for example)

Beautiful house for a large family or a group of friends. Plenty of space to relax inside or out on the deck, room for the kids to run around outside. 2 minutes walk to the beach. The pool table was a big hit!

Great holiday house, quiet, big for multiple families, lots for kids to do, great outdoor area, close to beach, breezy and lots of living spaces, decks. Walk down to beach, setup for the day, come home, lunch, back to beach, drinks on the deck, bed, repeat! Nice quiet spot!

This house was just perfect for ten adults and the position was ideal with just a short walk to the most fantastic beach. Close to shops and in walking distance. Would love to come again it is just a shame that it is so far from Brisbane.
