This well-designed floor plan facilitates excellent separation of living with an ensuited guest bedroom on the ground floor and a single bedroom, the lower level is tiled throughout and flows seemlessly for indoor / outdoor living.
Upstairs are the master bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuited with spa bath and features a huge walk in robe along with a balcony for the ulitimate parents retreat.
A second bathroom is also on this level, servicing the second & third bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at 9 Tristania Dr. Plenty of room for everyone. Could accommodate 2 families if needed. Great location - very peaceful, and direct beach access. Team at Peregian Beach Holiday were very responsive to any of our needs etc during our stay. Very personalized service.
We loved our stay at Tristania, the house layout was perfect for a family with young children. The open plan living room was a great space for quality time with the family. The access to a gorgeous beach and quick drive to lovely bars and restaurants in Peregian beach made this an ideal location.
A great house with plenty of room for 5 adults, 3 kids & our pug dog. Fantastic pool & outdoor area. Loved being so close to the beach. We all had a great time!
This was a lovely big property, perfect for a holiday with extended family. The house is a great design with the pool visible from multiple regions of the house and lots of louvres for cross ventilation. The beds were comfortable, the A/C and other appliances worked well, and it was a good kitchen for entertaining. The pool had lots of leaves on arrival but was cleaned the next day. An area for improvement was that the kitchen needs more containers added as there was nothing to store leftovers in, and the hot water system struggled with more than 5 guests. It was a lovely holiday, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
A well appointed property perfect for relaxing and entertaining…and perfect for the dogs with excellent fencing. We’ll return!
